Beds were comfortable,room was warm. But the location is far from Eiffel tower. But it is close to metro so i think it is not a problem. Overall i like it. Thank you.

Worst management ever Although when making the booking, it showed that check-in is possible from 3PM to 6AM, I arrived at 10:30PM and couldn't check-in. I rang the bell, no one answered. They sent me a message that I could call them until midnight and I desperately called them for one hour on that night, no one picked up the call. I also tried reaching out to them via Whatsapp, only the chatbot answered my message. I tried making online check-in (as the bot suggested) but it failed because you need to inform them one day in advance. I did the booking 8:39PM on that day and apparently had no chance to inform them in advance. Although they were aware of my situation, they declined my refund request. I just hope my money, which you got by providing nothing but a night of struggle, significantly boost your business's success. Cheers!

The hostel location is good and the facilities is not poor, I like it’s on the ground not need take the elevator to going up ,just the plug in the room is not tight, but living situation it’s quite comfortable

The location is great! Close to everything you need and public transport. The staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed there for five days, and it was super quiet for a hostel where there is usually noise. The room is airy and the beds are good-sized. The only thing that is a bit annoying is the sensor lights in the bathroom. In the middle of a shower, you have to go out several times to turn the light on. So annoying. Also, unfortunately, there is no night check-in service, so you have to be prepared to avoid being left out..

The place is clean but not organized. The men's bathrooms are on the lower floor and are not very clean. How do I get up from sleep? I go down one floor to relieve myself and the lower bed is very low for the head so you cannot sit on it and there is no chair to sit on. Please read my evaluation and correct the problems. Other than that, the place is good.

A few days before check-in, I received a notification about a cancellation that I had not made. When I informed them that I hadn’t canceled, their response was very rude, without any apology—just a casual “it was a mistake.” I found this extremely disrespectful. The hotel staff were also unfriendly, and to make matters worse, a mop used for cleaning the toilets was left out, and the smell filled the room. It was so bad that I couldn't sleep without wearing a mask. Given the price, it’s fine if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and nothing more. However, I wouldn’t recommend going with high expectations.

my first negative review ever. the staff was so unmotivated and willing to help exept the morning one by Checking out . came with bike and they refuse to let me keep it in Hause, even so in basement was enough space. neither They tried to help finding a solution.

I can’t say I enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have similar prices than other much nicer hostels and yet the amnesties are bad. For 24hours NO toilet paper in any of the toilets, showers are disgusting and don’t have shower heads. Staff was ok.

I arrived very late, at first they didn't put the phone murmur to call it was chaos I called and nobody answered then the call hung up another arc that wasn't Barcelona the girl was very kind gave me a whassap there I spoke with another one she told me that it wasn't the reservation on hers gave me another number that I called and wrote and finally they answered. The girl was very quick to give me a solution left me the keys in the door if I think they should leave someone there in charge at night because of course one arrives lost I didn't know which bed or which room I don't speak English and the one who helped me doesn't know Spanish either the rooms for 8 women without air conditioning, horribly hot please put fans inside too many people and without air conditioning it's hard to sleep. Simple, clean beds. I loved the pillow, not thick or flat, perfect for my neck. I left early and the soda machine stole my money. They didn't give me the soda. No one in charge was there to tell me or help me. So, well, €1.50 was given away and I was thirsty. That's how I left. It's centrally located, a little scary, the alley is dark, but I don't think it was that dangerous. I didn't even see any water in the kitchen, or even a fridge. Anyway, it was good, thanks.

I had a good time, the classmates were very nice and it was a good experience. I would do it again.
