The hotel was in a perfect location for us to visit family who are living in Le Reval area. The staff were very helpful and it is right by a metro stop so really easy to get around the city. Also a local shop and takeaways right next door.

Is a very good location! Close to beach and close to anything else you need to get to!

Everything is good except the wall is very thin and you literally hear all the noise from the corridors since 5am in the morning

Hot water an issue here. Changed room due to our shower not getting hot.

I had stayed this hotel before and booked for business trip. Buyer changed the meeting date and I'd like to cancel the booking and rebook. But the room was not cancelled and I paid all of cost.

Deafening noise of drilling in the morning even though it was 11am I don't think it's good for a 4 star hotel

Good service, central location and spacious room. Good service with complimentary baby cot and baby bath available. RECOMMENDED.

The location is very convenient. The metro station is right in front of the hotel and there are some good restaurants near the hotel. However, the breakfast menu is the same every day and not very varied. The bread was a bit dry the first morning. Overall a great experience.
