Upon arrival, my stay quickly turned into a nightmare. The room assigned to me was infested with cockroaches, making it completely uninhabitable. This is an unacceptable condition for any guest to endure, as it poses serious health risks and a significant breach of basic hygiene standards. I immediately contacted the reception to address the issue and requested a room change. Unfortunately, my request was met with refusal. Furthermore, I was also denied a refund for both the room charges and the tourism tax, despite having spent only a few minutes in the room due to the intolerable conditions.

We were very pleased. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our linens were changed every day and our room was tidied up. Every time we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful room. If I travel again, it was a hotel I would want to stay at again.

At this price and at this level, it's a real shame...

The location and cleanliness of the hotel was good. Due to its location, it is possible to walk to most places. The hotel staff was also attentive and friendly. We were satisfied. I recommend it.

With functional rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location for shopping, dining, and transportation, you'll have no problems at all. I would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed in a small double room. It's so narrow that it's hard to unfold the suitcase. The facilities are also old. The road to the hotel is gloomy. I don't want to go there again.
