Two bedrooms each have cozy queen size bed.
The third bedroom has a twin day bed with a pullout bed, creating two twin beds.
The main floor have full-size bathroom with bathtub and half bathroom.
The spacious, bright, finished basement features a pullout, full-size slipper sofa, and a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower. For entertainment, there’s a ping pong table and an air hockey table, perfect for family fun and friendly competitions.

TV comes equipped with YouTube TV, giving you access to live channels, streaming content and more. You can also login into your own streaming account using the available apps on the TV. Just remember to log out when you leave.

Please note that if we detect any evidence of indoor smoking, a $600 fee will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning and disinfecting.
* Pet policy:
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, especially those with allergies, pets are not allowed in our property.
Please be aware that if we discover evidence of a pet on the property, $600 cleaning fee will be charged to cover deep cleaning and allergen removal.
Additionally, the reservation may be canceled, and the guest may be required to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
* Cancellation and refund policy:
We do not offer any refunds or cancellation for any reason. The only exception is if the cancellation is made 30 days before the check-in date in which case a full refund will be provided.
* Guest responsibility and use policy:
The property is strictly limited to a maximum occupancy of a 8 persons.
This property is strictly for short-term rental use only. Big parties, weddings, gatherings, or any other events are not permitted. Only registered guest listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.
The primary guest is responsible for the actions and behavior of all occupants during the stay. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.
* Age requirement an ID policy:
The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old. This guest must present a valid ID upon check-in and must remain on the property overnight throughout the stay.
Failure to meet this requirements may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
* Respect for neighbors:
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise level to minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM, as they are not on vacation. Additionally, we kindly ask that you respect property boundaries and refrain from entering neighboring premises.
Please note that any violations of this rules or disruptive behavior will result in the immediate termination of your state. In such cases, guest will be required to vacate the property immediately without a refund, as stipulated in our rental agreement.
* Furnishing and property items:
Guests are not permitted to move or remove any furnishing, accessories, linens, or other items from the property for any reason. Any missing or damage items will result in a replacement charge.
Our cleaning team inspect the property immediately after each guest departure. If any damage or missing items are found, the guest will be held responsible and charged accordingly.
If you notice any damage or issues upon arrival, please let us know right away.
Bath towels provided in the home are not to be taken to the lake, pool, or water parks for any reason.
Please bring your own beach or outdoor towels for those activities.
* Fire pit use:
Guests are asked to use extreme caution when using the fire pit. Fires must be closely supervised at all times and should not be lit during high winds or unsafe weather conditions.
Guest are fully responsible for any damage to the property on neighboring properties resulting from fire used during their stay.
Only small, controlled campfires are allowed, and fires are permitted only in the designated fire pit area.
