It was our Honeymoon travel We were so satisfied with this perfect hotel Room condition was so nice and beautiful Inside of hotel was like museum And every where in minerva was photo spot I really enjoyed breakfast also Every tour spot was nearby It was so good to hang out I definitely can say that this hotel Is the best in firenze italy

From start to finish it was a perfect stay! In particular Guila, Luigi and Adriana were amazing and went above and beyond with the hospitality! It was our first time in Florence and everything was more than we could ask for. We also went for the Sunday brunch buffet which we would recommend and well worth the price! Location perfect and we could hardly hear the tram going past.

Rooms was large. We booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 3 children, the larger room could actually fit 4 adults (there was 1 King bed + 1 Double sofa bed). Other than that service was normal, consistent for a hotel for tourists. The front desk employees tend to smoke at the outdoor courtyard next to the reception with the doors open causing the lobby area to smell of cigarette smoke. Location of the hotel was really great. Walking distance from Firenze Santa Novella train station and close enough to the touristic sights in Florence.

When I went to Italy recently, I stayed at the 25 Hours Hotel in Florence. It can't be compared with good hotels in China, but it is also unique. **📍Convenient location** The hotel is not far from the center of Florence. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. There are many restaurants and small shops around, which is very convenient to visit. Although it is not in the center, it is quiet and you can rest well at night. **🏨The room design is unique** The room is not big, but the design is very stylish. There are some art illustrations on the wall, which feels quite young. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and basic toiletries are available. **🍽Rich breakfast** There are many kinds of breakfast, including bread, fruit, yogurt, cold cuts, and freshly made egg dishes, which taste good. The restaurant environment is very bright, and I feel good sitting by the window to eat breakfast. **💁♀️Good service attitude** The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, English communication is no problem, and check-in and check-out are very fast. The hotel also provides bicycle rental services, and it is a good choice to ride a bicycle to visit Florence. **🏋️♀️Interesting public areas** The hotel's public area design is very creative, with a small bar and lounge area where you can have a drink and relax in the evening. Suitable for taking photos The 25 Hours Hotel Florence is a cost-effective design hotel with a convenient location, distinctive rooms and good service. This hotel is a charming accommodation option that perfectly blends elegance and comfort. The hotel lobby is beautifully designed, and the environment is as quiet and pleasant as a garden, giving people a unique Italian style. The doorman's warm service and polite greetings add to the feeling of being at home, and the check-in reception is also very particular and thoughtful. In terms of the guest rooms, both the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the room are first-class. Every detail reflects the hotel's high standards of cleanliness, and the bathroom is always spotless. However, the design of the shower room is slightly inconvenient and may cause water overflow, but overall it does not affect the accommodation experience. The top lounge on the sixth floor has a view of the Florence landmark building, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, which is absolutely outstanding. There will be barbecues and bars in summer. Breakfast is a highlight here, and a hearty breakfast on the second day is definitely not to be missed. The rich Western breakfast selection, coupled with exquisite presentation, brings a perfect start to the day. From the environment to the service to the dining, this hotel undoubtedly provides travelers with an unforgettable stay experience.

I have stay in this hotel for 3 times , first 2 times they upgrade me to a junior suet but this time they haven't do this. their breakfast is very good, their services is better, they are always helpful. Hope to come back again and they can do better than this time. I will recommend more friends to live here, the room is very comfortable and special. The nice guys is good services and doing very well on everything. Everyday have a different type of food on their breakfast. The services guys always smell with the peoples.

Too distinctive hotel 🏨 This hotel is transformed from the real estate of local nobles in Florence. The surrounding area is very close to Santa Croce and Michelangelo’s House Museum. ✌ Rainy season, Gothic architecture, and ubiquitous nostalgia~

The hotel is aesthetically beautiful, it’s set in a quiet neighbourhood which is nice to be away from the busiest part of Florence but only 15 minute walk to where all the fuss is. They have a bar, cafe and restaurant which I’m yet to try but I’ve extended a night so I can enjoy some of the amenities.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel … the spa , gym , garden, restaurant, ambiance and the service is top notch! Will definitely come back again ! Ciao 💋

I stayed at the hotel for only one night, but I wish I could have stayed for a bit longer to properly enjoy it. I didn't have high expectations because of the mixed reviews online. However, when I arrived, what I found was friendly and helpful staff, and great rooms. I guess I really wasn't expecting much, so was impressed by everything. The room had everything I needed, even free water and coffee. I wish there was an iron in the hotel though, but not all hotels have irons in the rooms, understandable. The shower had a ”water spent” device installed onto it which gave me anxiety because I realised I spent too much water just by trying to figure how the shower works (which one is hot/cold? etc). I liked the vibe of the hotel bar, and loved that the hotel's front garden was closed at night, only way in was by using your room key, which I guess is for safety reasons. Wish I had enough time to swim in the pool, it looked very clean. The bar had a wonderful vibe. The lifts are a bit confusing and very slow for year 2024. But I'm not sure that can be fixed without a massive investment. Would make the guests a lot happier though. Overall, I would use this hotel again for my next stay in Florence. And that says something, because I usually like to change hotels and don't tend to stay at the same place twice.
