Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. My request was granted promptly, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, making my stay feel like a home away from home. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommended

The location of the Copthorne is amazing and the staff were really helpful. It suited my trip perfectly and I had no issues. But being honest, the rooms are a little tired now. The bathroom needed a refurb and the carpet in my room was a touch retro. Nothing was bad about it, it was clean and suited my needs for a trip where I wasn't going to be in the room a great deal. But it could be incredible if they spent a little to refresh the rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Executive King Room. The room was spacious, comfortable and nicely presented, with a good standard of amenities. It had a bathtub, capsule coffee machine, kettle, tea, and snacks in the room. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay. The breakfast was really nice but there could be a little more options as it is mostly typical English breakfast. My train to leave was later in the day. The staff were friendly but strict when I asked for a later check-out out by an hour, charging 20 gbp extra. Overall, I was very happy with the room and would happily stay here again.

The receptionists have a great attitude and offer timely help. They can also explain all our questions clearly right away. One minor downside is that the hotel is sometimes too busy and may overlook our requests. However, they will respond actively once we remind them later. Overall, it is a nice place. Since it is near the train station, the property has strict access control, which makes us feel safe. There is a staff member at the entrance to register everyone coming in, giving us a strong sense of security.

I think this could be a really nice hotel with a few tweaks. The location is great, down a quiet side street away from traffic and noisy bars/clubs. Our room was a good size and felt comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and check in/out was fast and easy. The main let-down was cleanliness. I felt the cleaning could be more thorough, especially in the bathroom, as the grout was visibly pink. There was also dust under the desk and behind the chair. Noise was also a problem for us. I understand that this is not the fault of the hotel but the guests, but the noise does travel quite easily so I was woken up late night and early morning. Doors could be adjusted so they don't slam and the rooms could be better soundproofed.

Good location, rooms have been refurbished. Normally quite clean when have been here before, but this time cleaning standards were poor. Bed covers itchy and also a plaster had been left on the floor from a previous visitor. Also noisy as got a front located room. The rear rooms are much better as woken up by workers putting things in the skip. It would be better if the workers started later as not to affect those staying at the hotel.

I have stayed at Kasbannas a number of times now and I love it! We usually get a private double room. The rooms are spacious, comfy and the beds are great. The location is in central Newcastle and there's lots of transport options nearby like the metro and busses. The staff are lovely, apart from one of the managers the last time I stayed was quite rude and unprofessional. I didn't let this ruin Kasbannas for me because I've always had such lovely experiences here apart from that one member of staff.

Lovely hotel in excellent location. However, when got back to our room in the evening, there was a loud disco going on above us, from the brochure of the hotel it was indicated this would end at midnight. We still heard it at 2am . We also tried to order room service and got no answer on phone. Finally, we were woken at 8am Sunday morning by what sounded like cleaners moving all the furniture and scrapping the floor. We mentioned it on checking out, and although the staff apologised, it did not sound very sincere. Would be reluctant to return .

Ideal location right by the train station. Hotel room was lovely, beds comfortable, shower warm - large spacious room. Mini bar also. Hotel staff friendly breakfast was available at extra charge but did not have it. Would stay here again.

I didn't arrive until almost 2am, so just slept for a few hours then left to go back to airport. The room was spotless. The room I was in could do with updating but the bed was an absolute dream. I will definitely use them again when I have to stay at the airport
