The hotel is located near the Idaho Pier. It is very convenient. The shopping street and the boat pier are nearby. The cable car station is also within walking distance. Although the neighborhood is very lively, the room is quite quiet and very comfortable. The Mini Bar has all kinds of drinks, which just eliminates the heat. The hotel is still in trial operation. Although the public soup pool is not big, the sparrow is small and complete, and there are some, clean and comfortable. The fly in the ointment is that the soup pool operation time is 9am to 9pm. In the morning, you can only relax in the small bath in the room. After the official operation, you should consider going to at least 7 o'clock early and delaying the closing time to at least 10 o'clock. It is more in line with everyone's expectations of the hot spring hotel. Although the spare parts of the room are missing, they will be filled immediately. The staff in the restaurant and the hotel are still in training. The service energy is not enough and the service items provided are not familiar. The supervisor needs to mention it, but the attitude is kind. Overall, it is worth visiting again.

I have been to Sun Moon Lake many times, but I have never found such a beautiful castle. I am very much looking forward to staying here this time. The location is not far from Sun Moon Lake and Puli. It takes about 20 minutes. It is very convenient to eat in Puli city. There is a bathtub in the room, but the stairs are very steep and easy to slip, so be careful. The breakfast the next day was a bit disappointing. It was a one-plate breakfast. There was a self-service bar for drinks. The food style and portion size were not large. There was only a small piece of lettuce. It is recommended to add a salad bar and some fruits. In addition, the waiter asked us to put the tableware into the recycling cart after our meal. This surprised me. Breakfast was not a buffet and it was just a plate. Couldn't the waiter help take it away? In such a beautiful and high-quality environment, a recycled food truck (see photo) is really out of place and a bit disappointing. I hope the hotel can be better and improve the service quality. Overall we are satisfied

The boss is very good 👍 The breakfast is great, there are fruit, purple rice red bean soup, secret rice ball 🍙, and coffee or black tea ～ about 20 minutes from Sun Moon Lake. The room is clean and bright and worth recommending.
