GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy The space is larger than expected, and the welcome tea provided by the B&B is very delicious The key location is great, just a few steps away is Shuishe Transfer Station. The B&B also proactively introduced what can be eaten for dinner nearby, which was very warm. The B&B also has a water dispenser, which is very convenient for filling hot and cold water.

GGuest UserNot my first time to Sun Moon Lake. But my last time to this place. Do book the king room. We didnt realise and booked the queen. When we arrived and wanted to pay to upgrade, owner gave us a flat ”we are fully booked.” My room balcony faced the lake yes. Also faced a ton of trees so it wasnt a full view of the lake. No they were most certainly not full. There was a room available but they found it too troublesome. Do not lie to customers. Pillows are too soft. When I requested an extra pillow and explained, the owner was too lazy to walk 20 steps so she offered me the living room couch pillow UNDER HER BUTT ! How can anyone offer customers a butt pillow to sleep on, i will never understand. 😂 Path leading to bridge was wet and slippery from the rain. No issues for us. Lucky I did not bring my elderly parents this time round. No photos. I didn't bother. The only great thing was the bathtub. It was long and water pressure was fantastic. Will I return? Nope. I only booked here because my regular hotel was under reno.

JJack Maa”For Non-Drivers: Navigating Transportation Can Be Tricky, but Exceptional Service and Spectacular Views Await” If you don't have access to a car, be prepared for a few transportation challenges. Walking to and from the bus stop to Cing Jing Farm can be a bit challenging, as there are no dedicated pedestrian pathways, and you'll be sharing the road with trucks and lorries. The nearest 711 convenience store is a considerable distance away, and I wouldn't recommend walking there due to safety concerns. On the plus side, the hotel's customer service is exceptional, particularly their prompt responses on LINE. They were incredibly helpful in answering my questions about navigating the sometimes confusing public transport system. One of the standout features is the breathtaking view from the balcony. On clear days, you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets, making it a fantastic spot to relax. While some guests have mentioned concerns about sound insulation, I personally didn't find it to be a major issue. However, it's worth noting that noise from neighboring rooms, especially if there are children, maybe more noticeable due to the wooden floors.

Gym equipments could do much much better given that the rest of the hotel facilities are very good. for gym 1/5. Location was good, just 5 minutes walk from bus station. 10-15 minutes walk from restaurants. They offer bike rentals aswell. Overall had a pleasant experience.

Views outside the breakfast room were amazing, you can also use the bicycles and motorised vehicle at the hotel. Room was quite spacious, however no disposable amenities except for a bar of soap. Japanese toilet was especially welcoming and useful, really appreciate it. Thanks for the stay.

GGuest UserThis hotel is right next to Shuishe Pier, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. It's just a short walk from the bus stop to the hotel entrance. I booked a lake view room, and it was absolutely beautiful! My favorite feature was having both hot and cold water dispensers right in the room. There's also a bathtub. We stayed here for two nights and it was very comfortable. The only minor downside was the breakfast; it was a buffet but not very tasty or varied, and it didn't really suit my palate. However, if you prefer milder flavors, you might enjoy it. The area around the hotel tends to quiet down around 5-6 PM, but there are still a few shops open late if you want to stroll around, or you can rent a bicycle and ride around the lake. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the air was lovely and cool when we visited in early December. Highly recommend!

We got upgraded to a room with a balcony and a view of the parking lot and the lake. The room was so spacious and had its own jacuzzi and bathroom, which was a big plus. The free breakfast buffet was in another hotel nearby, but it was good as it's facing the lake. A total value for money!

Room booked was all lake view double suite, quite disappointed with the space, but the lake view is still great (no balcony) Towel and other stuffs are not provided for free, they got a price list for it, so its better to prepare small towel when visit. Breakfast provided, it was buffet form of local dishes (porridges and sides, with drinks as well) Overall Rating 7.5/10, its a great place to stay, but might not visit again in a mean time.
