"Stayed for 3 nights with wifey to visit Acadia National Park. It is a little distance outside Bar Harbor and the national park, but it is a short drive for a more economic stay. There's no 24hr desk. We arrived very late. Found the envelope left for us outside the lobby for us to enter our rooms. Rooms are are more of an updated motel grade, but it's clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served in a detached building from the lobby, caught is by surprise. We dod enjoy the breakfast easy day, there was the usuals but with sufficient variety and rotations so we did not find it repetitive for the 3 days that we were there. Very friendly staff."

Holiday Inn Resort BAR HARBOR - ACADIA NATL PARK by IHG

"The hotel wasn't bad, but it was a bit far from the city center, which made dining slightly inconvenient. Also, although we clearly booked a King Bed Room, we were assigned to an annex building instead of the main building without any prior explanation, so we could only see the parking lot instead of the beach. I'm not sure if it's Trip.com's fault or the hotel's, but if they are going to assign rooms to the annex like this, they should definitely specify it when selling the room."

"There is no breakfast room, but there is a really good selection that you can take to your room! Coffee/water/tea and snacks are always available at reception. Bright, clean and modern rooms. You can walk to the center in 15 minutes. Everything was great"
