Jinling Grand Hotel was recommended by our local supplier, the stay of 3 nights was enjoyable, the room was great, and all staff were very helpful. The entrance is grand as the name suggests and it's a beautiful hotel. I only ate breakfast at the hotel and the range offered was extensive.

Room is very good, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast has various kind of food, western and eastern. Location is great, next to shopping mall and food street.

説明一下我經歷的大概經過，8/16日約凌晨兩點25分，我來到了前台辦理入住，在前台等了快四十分鐘沒人辦理接待入住，保安老頭也不肯聯繫客房部（對講機），很惱火，仔細想一想更惱火了，昨天也住的金陵，臉盆和浴缸放出來的水都是很黃的水，很滲人的那種，這個水要是在我喝多的情況下，放開水壺裡被我煮喝了，該怎麼辦，你們是拿顧客的生命健康當兒戲，在我印象中，而且客房有黃水的情況不止五次了，每次跟前台反饋一下，都是敷衍幾句了事，希望你們酒店能重視起來，不能再拿我生命健康當兒戲了!!!以前的好印象一去不復返了，永遠不會再有
