"I really loved this hotel! From the front desk to the restaurant, the service was warm and attentive, and everyone was so good-looking! The room was also very clean and comfortable. All in all, this established hotel has a sense of belonging that other hotels can't match. The view is unbeatable too! And the coffee is definitely worth trying! You really should experience it! Oh, and the breakfast was excellent and so plentiful! I've attached pictures, take a look!"

"The location is great, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. They have their own parking lot, which is very convenient if you're driving. The room was spacious and clean. It was fully smart-enabled, with a smart assistant that controlled the lights and curtains, and even a smart toilet. As the weather gets warmer, there are quite a few small bugs, so remember to close the windows when you go out. The breakfast was a buffet with a good variety, including a live noodle station. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very thoughtful towards guests."

"Whether it's good or bad, see for yourselves. I checked in after 10:30 PM. An hour before check-in, the hotel called to confirm my arrival. After confirming, they explicitly said they would thoroughly clean the room. I didn't expect it to be like this after check-in: there was still unflushed feces in the toilet, and the trash can and the table were like this after wiping with wet wipes. Parking was provided, but the parking lock was locked. They claimed it was for a traffic ticket and made me drive to three different parking lots, wasting twenty minutes without finding a place to park. Finally, the hotel unlocked the lock, and I parked in the open space in front of the hotel. I had planned to stay in Baoji for two days, but now I've lost all interest and am going home. It's the ***** New Year, so it's understandable that there are many hotels, as I always choose this hotel when I go to Baoji. I didn't expect this time... sigh."

"Parking: Parking has been annoying since the first day I checked in. The uncle in charge was very aggressive. I tolerated it because there was no parking space. You should have a better attitude. I am here to stay in the hotel, not to use your parking space! Service: I evaluate it very objectively. This service is only at the level of a fast hotel, and there is a huge gap between it and the so-called 5-star hotel! There was no fruit when I checked in. I called the front desk to ask, and the waiter definitely said that the hotel didn't provide it! Then when I went out, I saw an aunt pushing a cart to deliver to some rooms... I was speechless! Finally, I thought, maybe my price of 598 per night is not worthy of eating your fruit! The air conditioner has no warm air. How can I solve the problem? The waiter’s very official reply was that I had to wait until the official opening! (That is, I had to endure it) I got mad and finally sent a heater! Breakfast: The weirdest thing I have ever seen, please look at the picture... I went a little late and there was almost no food. I asked the waiter if he could give me an egg and milk for the child... to no avail! Then I saw the waiter frantically grabbing breakfast, feeling hungry for a long time... In short, the service means that the waiter will give you a reasonable rejection of any request you make❌ and hang up before you finish the call! I don’t know how it was rated five stars!"

"Facilities: This hotel appears to be a renovated, established star-rated hotel. The amenities are acceptable, including a restaurant and a luxurious lobby. However, the room facilities are quite poor, especially the bathroom. There's no separate wet and dry area, and the bathroom still has an old-fashioned bathtub. The showerhead is old and the water pressure is very low, worse than the bathrooms in budget-friendly chain hotels. Furthermore, the bathroom light doesn't turn off, but automatically turns on again after you've turned it off for the night. The bedside lamp has a button that doesn't work, so I have to turn it off with the main control. Fortunately, turning it off doesn't affect the air conditioning. The TV is small, but that's not a big deal, as TV filters aren't very good these days. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is generally good, the floor is clean, the room is odor-free, and the bedding is clean. However, there's a slight musty smell in the hallway, which is normal for an older hotel. Ambience: The overall environment is very good. Shopping and dining are conveniently located downstairs. It's close to Tianxiahui Baoji South Station, and the location is excellent, though it's next to an overpass, which can be a bit noisy at night. Service: The front desk staff were average; they were only responsive, but not polite or helpful. The floor cleaning staff were friendly and responsive."
