衞生：馬桶蓋內側有不明液體幹掉的痕跡，不像是水，淋浴頭上有一根長頭髮，地毯臟的要死，牆面上的漆掉皮發黴，電視遙控器是真臟
服務：到退房時間打電話退房就是了，我説我馬上退，前台非得補一句以收到房卡為準，話是沒毛病，聽了真來氣，好像我欠你錢了
早餐：每次來這個酒店吃早餐都會聽到有顧客抱怨餐具小，這個是真受不了，這酒店算是擺爛了
