I was in this hotel in October and everything was perfect. I visited fhe beach bar today and everyone was so kind and pleasant. The vibe is great. I also spoke to Martina, she runs the bar if Im not mistaken, she is very helpful and adorable. Great team, we will come again!!

Nice familly hotel wwith great stuff :) licated on the edge of Rab city offers walking distance to the city center, a bit laid off surroundings and great MTB trails nearby. Hotel features full kids experience with full time kids survailance and animation.

Typical Valamar Croatian hotel – an older, renovated facility with plenty of amenities such as a kids’ mini club, pool, and various activities. Overall, my children were very happy with everything, especially the mini club activities and the friendly animators. However, a shortage of staff is evident everywhere. Room cleaning is often delayed until the afternoon and less detailed compared to other similar hotels in Croatia. When we arrived, the bed for our daughter was not prepared, even though we had requested it during booking. Some reception staff seemed poorly informed — for example, they couldn’t tell us whether dinner was included or not. Overall, it seems that Valamar management does not invest enough in staff training and probably overworks the existing employees. In the à la carte restaurant, there was only one waiter serving all guests.
