My 5D4N stay was awesome with comfortable rooms and excellent service from all service staff members from the front desk to the breakfast staff. Beds were comfortable and facilities from the rooftop bar and swimming pool were a good place to relax after a long day. Would definetly stay here again when i am in BKk next time.

Well, this is my second stay at this hotel in 3 months time.
This time I got a room with a bath tub which is absolutely fine with me. However, there is no rack or shelf for the shower gel and shampoo, so I need to bend over 90 degrees for several times in a shower which is quite annoying. The sink also has a long hair from a previous lady guest. Photo attached for details.
Other than the bathroom, the mattress is also a bit too soft especially by the edge, so I need to sleep in the center of the king size bed to avoid a bad back in the morning.
Secondly, the same old issue happened again (it happened in my last visit in July) as the room maid took the room key away from the slot by the entrance of my room, to save energy I presumed
This time I have no choice but to run down to the front desk and addressed the happening to the asst. Front office manager. I need to reiterate to her and she agreed that is not the proper action to do in view of the security of my room.
Later on, Ms Paantayamon, the manager sent me a fruit plate and chocolate to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I sincerely urged her to conduct more training to the room maids of their uwnprofessional behavior to take room keys away from any guest rooms. It posed a security issue if the key is in the wrong hands.
Finally, I hope the hotel looks into this seriously before any theft or loss happens due to the key being taken away from a guestroom.

So the gym is a little bit, lacking for all the muscular men that are there. This definitely attracts a fit and *** crowd. Which means this hotel is nice. That said there is no Olympic weights and there are limited machines; not enough for multiple people to work out at the same time. There is also no Olympic weights. Get a good workout in it is relatively empty, but the gym was pretty busy when I was there. There was some delightful unexpected things like Ginger drink that was in the refrigerator. The swimming pool is kind of small and strange.
The breakfast buffet is nice, especially if you pre-buy it then it’s relatively affordable and a great deal.
The woman is very nice to larger than most rooms. I’ve stayed in for Bangkok. The wonderful room was more than a had a nice bathtub. Nice shower and a nice bed and was spacious.
The location leaves a little bit to be desired. It’s busy and I didn’t think about the location when I booked the area but make sure that it is close to things that you want it to be. Just remember that traffic in Bangkok really sucks so if you are Traveling elsewhere in Bangkok, It can take plenty of time.

The overall experience was amazing. Located a few minutes walk from BTS train station, convenient stores, shopping mall and night life! The room was cozy and clean. The general layout and amenities in the hotel was good too! Wouldn’t definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay at Sathorn Vista Bangkok was exceptional. The hotel offers spacious, well-appointed rooms with all the amenities you could need, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. My parents particularly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel's convenient location, which allowed us to easily access key attractions. The sauna, pool and gym were great perks for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and my parents were very pleased with the comfort and service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

The best hotel experience so far, it was a whole new level of hospitality.
We have been on a trip to Vietnam and the Thailand for over 2 weeks of time and stayed at over 10 different hotels during our trip.
Shama yen has been the best one so far in terms of satisfaction, we stayed at 2 other hotels in Bangkok, where one of them was almost the same price, but not as good as Shama yen.
The hotel building is a complex located not too far from the central area of Bangkok, you can get there easily from the nearest railway station with a taxi or Grab within 200 THB depending on the busy hours.
The room that we stayed in was very spacious, even had a small kitchen area with dining table and sofa, and lots of amenities.
I think they have washing machines in the bigger rooms (we saw them on the balconies when we were swimming in the outdoor pool, which was also clean and nice.)
Although our room did not have a washing machine, they have a very nice laundry room that is self-service for free, we used it to dry our clothes.
What we really liked was that the room had multiple lightnings options to set up the mood depending on your preferences and a big closet area in the bathroom to store your luggages.
They provided everything we needed for our stay.
The only issue we had was unable to connect your phones to the smart TV in our room, we wanted to watch a movie, tried both Netflix and screenshare, neither worked, we ended up watching movie on our phone instead.
Thank you again for your kind service.
Stayed at Sam E Hotel for a 3D2N vacation. The hotel, which opened its doors in September/October 2023, was still undergoing some work on the rooftop bar.
The service experience was exceptional throughout the stay. Upon arrival, the security guided guests to the hotel lobby on Level 2. A welcome drink was promptly served while the check-in process was underway. Surprisingly, the room was ready in less than 10 minutes, possibly due to the hotel's newness and lower occupancy.
Before heading to the room, I had the pleasure of meeting Fon, the service manager, a genuinely friendly and hospitable lady. She shared insights about the hotel, including details about its founder, Mr. Sam E, whose name graces the establishment. As a hobby collector of mineral stones, the 1st level of the hotel also has a jewellery store showcasing some of Mr. Sam E’s collections economically priced.
I booked the King Comfort room, spanning 28m², equipped with a King-sized bed, a separate toilet and bath with a rain shower, and complimentary mineral waters, cokes, teabags,a local tidbit snack (which, unfortunately, I forgot to bring back 😭) and free WiFi. The highlight was undoubtedly the spacious and comfortable king-size bed at 2.1m wide.
The hotel's central location ensures a convenient stay. A 7/11 below the hotel offers delicious microwavables, which Thailand is known for. The BTS Surasak station is a mere 1-minute walk away, providing easy access to various attractions, including one stop from Saphan Taksin station where you pay a 10-baht boat ride to the famous Icon Siam.
However, there are a few noteworthy points. The hotel lacks international power sources but provides a universal adapter, which may still be insufficient for some devices. Additionally, the provided clock, functioning as a wireless charger for phones with wireless charging capability, might be challenging to share among multiple guests.
In conclusion, I would definitely return to Sam E Hotel when visiting Bangkok, primarily for its outstanding service and excellent geographical location.
*One more tip: Opt for public transport like BTS due to Bangkok's notorious traffic congestion. As the hotel is relatively new, it may not be available on private hire apps like Grab. Be prepared to guide the driver using Google Maps to avoid any confusion. 😉

Positive things: Great room views. Hotel is clean. The variety and quality of toilet ametities are very good.
Negative things: Awful staff attitude. I inserted in the reservation, made sure to the lady at the check-in, that I would like a quiet room. However, I was put into a room next to the elevator, and that elevator there is VERY NOISY. Everytime the elevarot worked up or down, I could hear it working in side my room. I inquired the reception, informing my room number, to be told immediately the hotel was fully booked, I did insisted that the noise was not pleasant at all. The answer given, in a very rude tone, was that I should try to change for the other night. I then told them that I am staying for one night only. To no avail or change of attitude. After much insistence and even the interference of a local friend who works for the brand, I was changed to another room.
In this oher room, to my surprise, there was CONTINUOUS LOUD NOISE FROM RENOVATIONS. Note that it was already 21h00 (9pm). I was even told that in this brand the have a ”golden rule” of not making noise after 17h (5pm). Which again, more unpleasant exchanges with reception with another interference of my friend (who was also shocked) almost one hour after I was ”upgraded” the room.
At this new room, which by my view wasn't that different from my original ones, it was finally quiet. Seems that was a room rarely used and with various stains in carpet and bed sheets. However with the stress that I went by, really didn't cover it. It was now five hours of annoying unnecessary stresses with the hotel staff.
It is not really a cheap hotel and it has an image of a prestigious brand. The staff attitude was less than acceptable throughout the whole experience. Fortunately I was lucky for my friend to intervene in my favour. Glad that I had to stay only one night. At check-out, I was faced with even unprepared individual who did not know how to use a card machine. I know it's a Hilton, but I can say it was one, if not the most irksome experiences that I have ever dealt with.

GGuest User1. The hotel is quiet in the middle of the city. In the alley behind the downtown.
2. Very close to Chulalongkorn University and Sanyam Shopping Mall.
It is only a few hundred meters to the King Power Building, 2 kilometers to the park of the giant lizard, 2 kilometers to the night market of Chulalongkorn University, and the Grand Palace. It is very convenient.
The subway entrance is 500 meters. My three children and I go to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The subway is very convenient.
3. The service attitude is very good.
4. Pay special attention to the number of people:
I booked a room for 2 nights online. When I arrived, my 13-year-old daughter, 18-year-old eldest child, and 6-year-old third child, the waiter said that only 2 people can stay in one room. I have to book another room.
My daughter communicated in English, and then I booked another standard room for 1,000 baht a night for 2 nights.
The 650-meter hotel bed has 1.2 beds, which can only sleep one adult.

DDoctor DrFirst, let me say that your hotel’s location is fantastic. Being situated opposite Park Silom, with restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket inside, is incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a 24-hour McDonald’s next door and being just a 5-minute walk from BTS Sala Daeng made my stay even more enjoyable.
However, I did encounter an issue during check-out that left me feeling disappointed. The male staff member who handled my check-out (unfortunately, I couldn’t catch his name) was not very friendly. Due to the nature of the items in the room being mostly purchaseable, I was told to wait 10 minutes for a check to ensure nothing was taken.
After the 10 minutes had passed, no one updated me on the status, and I had to approach the counter myself to ask if everything was settled. A lady staff member then confirmed that all was in order. I believe it would be much better if the staff took the initiative to inform guests once the check is complete, rather than leaving us waiting without clear communication.
While I appreciate the thoroughness of the process, the long wait and lack of proactive communication could be improved for a smoother check-out experience.

GGuest UserThe room, bedroom, bathroom was really clean.
The food was really good as well.
The 2 nights we strayed there was a pool party on top.
We could enjoy the pool, tough.
Only think we didn’t like was that on the last day it was an out-gate with the electricity so the lifts were not working. Which is ok. But we needed to take all our luggage 15 floors down. A manager on the 15th floor saw us leaving with the suitcases but she didn’t call any staff to help us. They even offered us a drink. Nothing. Only the say sorry, sorry and that’s is.
Please next time have an emergency plan designed for the comfort of the guests.
Pdta: they gave us a dessert because our honeymoon, which was a good detail.

RRungnapa2The room was very clean but I didn't take any pictures of the room (there was only 1 picture).
There is a bed on the upper floor, a raised bed, and below there is a refrigerator. The bathroom is 7/10, but it is considered very good, good service, security, scan the key card before entering the room and the room can scan the key card before entering both the building inside and outside. Very safe, staff provide good service, there is parking, suitable for booking to see the newly opened Rama 9 Bridge, it is also suitable for people traveling alone because the safe place to stay is not too far from the newly opened Rama 9 Bridge. Very fun. Anyone who is looking for a place to stay, I recommend this place. 44 Room is clean, safe, convenient for people who have their own cars. For people who don't have their own cars, they can use public transportation in front of Soi Sathu Pradit 44, very convenient.
