Beautiful garden, great selection of breakfast buffet and a la carte. Rooms were at a good size for families. The swimming pool was much smaller than expected. Having a water play area, playroom, playground, and better kids facilities would definitely be more attractive to families!

The service was beyond immaculate, all the way from checking in, the staff that we interacted with during breakfast, making up of rooms, handling of luggages by the concierge, the pool side staff and the arrangement of vehicles in and out of the hotel. Their enthusiasm brightens up our family's day and the kids were also giving raving reviews. Special shoutouts to William (The Addition), Chiraphon (chambermaid), and the rest of the staff that we have interacted with whom are always ready to go the extra mile, making the stay a memorable one. The family is already looking forward to our next stay at Siam Kempinski! Truly The Land of Smiles.
