The room is clean and spacious, got a very good view too. There is a 7-11 across from the hotel. Overall, it’s very nice , we enjoyed our stay .

Great service, clean rooms, with a convenience store near the hotel. The staff are friendly.

Insist on getting a room near the elevator and on the river side of the building, not the city view side. Otherwise you'll be kept awake until 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. listening to the thumping of the nightclubs on either side of the building. Front desk staff are generally friendly, but haven't a clue about how dangerously noisy the end of the hall rooms are at night from the clubs outside the hotel on the streets. Do not allow them to upgrade your room to those on the corners, these are noise traps.

The food and the the cleaningness is very good. The location also not bad.

It is not a very good hotel . For me , I would never to book it again due to below facts : 1’bad service . They evenly do not have slippers in room . After I asked them again and again , they provide one pair of. While it is very thin , and it is a little bit slippery. I wish I do bring my own slippers after having showers. 2. The house keeping is not good , there is some mold sign , I means the real mold on the door . Mold it could cause a lot of consequences for health. Hope they could fix it and clean them completely. Oh God. 3’ the infrastructure is tooo old . They could not keep a very quiet environment. I can hear clearly the people walking in the corridor。 And in early morning , it is heard people nearly started to have showers. Actually I did slept 3-4 hours totally . 4’ place is far away from main subway station. If you are traveling solely or with family members . I did not recommend you to try this hotel again , as transportation fee would be very expensive every day Overall , negative impression after staying there !

had an amazing stay with this hotel as face and body towels are provided, sadly no hot water for shower.

Traveling for business but with my Thai wife, and we spent a free couple days here near her family. Great hotel, great service, and Dada was a wonderful Chef who seems like the master chef of breakfast, really could see the pride she took in her breakfast prep…..making sure everyone knew the various foods. It was all delicious!

Nice hotel, for a decent price. The pool was nice on the 7th floor. The Indian restaurant was strange, having to order at the front desk, and never saw anyone eat there, we were afraid to try because of it. View was great from the corner room, which was spacious and I really enjoyed the bathtub. The lobby is huge and a long way to walk in crutches to the elevator. Heard loud music from a wedding party one night until late in the ballroom, and we were on the 16th floor. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Good service and clean room. Nice city view and river view far away. Breakfast is ok. The location is affordable about 2 km. to bts, we can take taxi or bike for small amount.

Good size room, aircon was cold, mattress was little hard. location easy access to silom/sathorn. good for quick getaway in BKK

Service check in is not smooth . Not service mind. Doing check in process the staff not concentrate with guest. They still discuss other things on front of the guest.
