Great location, next to a bts station. Staff is very helpful and kind. Reception is modern and fancy. Cleaning was not good, the carpet of my room was dirty when I arrived, also the bed, full of long hairs. I call reception and they didn’t do anything so I have to go to reception and finally the sent someone to clean the room, I have to ask to the person in charge of cleaning to use the vacuum machine to clean the carpet. There is a strong smell on the corridors. The bed was not comfortable at all, the mattress was old, The room had mold near to the bathroom and everything inside was old. Rooms need and upgrade

this is probably my 5-6 times staying at this hotel, and I’ve always had a great experience. i was surprised to see that the lobby has been renovated and it looks even more luxurious now. the new design really elevates the whole atmosphere and adds to the overall comfort and appeal of the place. i love the affordable price rate. the hotel is connected to ratchathewi bts on the second floor. there’s two 7/11 on the left and right side of the hotel. the room and bed i got was huge as well. 10/10! thank youuu!

Rooms are very old, otherwise okay, Lots of traffic around this area but close to MBK and 7elleven.

Can improve on the customer service at the reception check-in area. Please upgrade the room carpet .

Check-in: No hassle! Did the basic procedure, did deposit baht in cash (to be returned at check out) Stay: Apr 10 - 19. Room was really cold! 😂 Had to turn off the ac a few times. Water pressure in bathroom was really good too! Housekeeping was really understanding as I woke up late a few times (partying during songkran), and they saw that I just woke up, and just asks me that if I need cleaning, they will return at a later time. Hotel location was also really convenient, just 1 station away from Siam (Central) Station in the Sukhumvit Green Line BTS. Check-out: Smooth, I asked for a 12PM checkout (normal was 11AM), did normal procedure and they returned the cash deposit.

The hotel has a BTS connection, boasts a grand lobby, but the rooms look outdated. The location is ideal, walking distance from the airport rail link and Siam shopping area.

Reasonably good location. Walk 10mins to MBK or 1 subway stop. Vast varities of breakfast selections. Polite staff. Hotel looks dated inside but grand at lobby.

Super near to BTS. Accessible using the connected bridge. 1 stop away from city centre. Clean room, helpful staffs and great service.

The location is alright, near the station and convenience store right below. However it is not exactly fantastic but decent stay!

Will frequent the hotel as and when I’m in Bangkok everything is easily accessible

This is the second time for staying Asia hotel, good service and convenient location near the bts
