The location is so good near the bus stop and 7-11. The room and toilet are clean. High staircase.

Good stay better get room with a/c

Very nice place

I booked a standard single room, but it was the size of a double room and was comfortable. There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is a very large restaurant on the first floor that you can use freely. The room was on the fourth floor and there was no elevator, but the price was cheap so it didn't bother me. It's a good guesthouse.

My plans suddenly changed and I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night in heavy rain, but I was grateful for the kind welcome. There was no elevator, so it was difficult to carry my heavy suitcase up the steep stairs to the 5th floor. I only paid in cash and didn't have much cash on hand, so I wish I could pay by credit card. There was no air conditioning in the room, only a large electric fan. It was raining heavily, so it was very hot and humid and I couldn't sleep. I think it would have been fine if I was younger. I recommend it to young people with few luggage because the price is cheap.

I stayed here for one night as a break during my trip. My room was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator, so I had to go up and down the stairs. I don't know about other rooms, but my room had no air conditioning and only two fans, so it was very hot. The window was open, but closing the door to the room prevented the air from passing through, so it felt cooler outside than inside, so I wanted to sleep with the door open lol The view from the rooftop was great, as I could see the whole city. The downtown area was less than a 10-minute walk away, and it wasn't too noisy or unsafe.

The boss and store clerk are very nice! Communication was entirely in English, no problem! When I encounter problems, they help me unconditionally! You can also send your luggage for only 10 baht a day! ! ! Although the room is not big! But the bed is really huge!

Convenient transportation, cheap rooms

No hot water, no toiletries, lots of ants and occasional mosquitos. Everything else is fine.

One of the cheapest places around...but clean and well located, near cheap street food and an easy walk to the Khao San Road nightlife... friendly staff...the airport bus stops nearby too, so it's perfect for arriving or leaving Bangkok...I'll be back!

I used it for one night just before my flight back home. To be honest it doesn’t look good but meets all the needs. The room is very large, the bed is comfortable, standard bathroom. If you want just to sleep there, the fan does the job. It is located 10 minutes away from Khao San Road but is much cheaper. If you look for a place for a short sleep and to leave your baggage it is perfect.
