Their hospitality was superb. Fast and efficient front desk and housekeeping. We love how the location is ideal for families to have a safe space for youngs kids to gather and rest whilst being relatively near to the shopping malls! Thank you for our wonderful stay!

If you’re planning a trip to Bangkok with friends or family, this place is a top pick in the heart of the city. The building is a bit older, but it’s well-kept and full of character. The location is super convenient, with easy access to everything, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. The whole stay had the vibe of a private villa, making the trip feel extra special.

This is a truly exceptional hotel, staffed with incredibly helpful, responsible, and welcoming people. The hotel is well-organized and pays great attention to detail. There’s a small shuttle bus that runs between the hotel and the main road, which makes getting around very convenient. The rooms are not only clean and tidy but also spacious and beautifully designed. I kept telling myself I’d definitely come back — and honestly, I think I really will!

We are a big group stayed at the ambassador room with six ensuite rooms. The unit has no steps or stairs and we all enjoyed much for our stay. Each room is big (except one room is relatively small) and the common area is huge. We spent lots of time in the house and everything inside are well maintained. The kitchen provides full utensils with dishwasher and all electrical appliances. The balcony is nice with washing machine (with laundry sheets provided) and dryer that were very useful for us. At the time of four stay, our unit rooftop is being renovated and we are not able to access it. The lady boss and all other staff are nice and helpful, can communicate in English. The hotel provides a one way tuk tuk to bts station but we had our own transportation so hotel location is not a matter for us. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again.

We had the best time here. Stayed as a group of 6 and each of us had a personal bathroom and the accommodation was huge enough to give us all personal space and provide common areas where we ate and spent time together. One of the rooms had a shower that wasn't able to dispense hot water, unfortunately mine, so I had cold showers during the course of my stay, but I wasn't fussed and was sure that one of the staff would've had it rectified quickly if I had requested for assistance (nicked a point off service for this - might want to conduct checks before guest arrival). Comfortable beds - great common areas - amazing amount of space - quiet location - super helpful staff - really great memories all around. Cannot recommend enough.

We are very happy that we chose this hotel. I recommend it if you are coming to Bangkok with your family or friends. The place was so quiet and close to the shopping center and mall. The employees are very friendly.

2nd time here. Staff are excellent. Love the location - though it is a walk in the peace is second to none. Love the mall nearby and also the surroundings. Facilities and furnishings could be improved but will suffice. Service makes up for it! Highly recommended. Also it is so great that Sarnies is close by

Service was excellent. The staff (Nonie, Jan, Ying, Peter, Peet, Tukta) were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Free tuk tuk transport was provided for a ride to the BTS station at Chidlom. Highly recommended for group stays
