great location in thonglor, clean room and new

The hotel is clean and room is cozy with a big tub in the bathroom. I don’t really like the location cause it’s quite a distance to walk to the nearest BTS station so we had to call a grab to go out and back. Also there’s no 7/11 or convenience stores nearby which is another drawback.

it was awesome experience at Ashley Hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional.  We arrived earlier 12 pm but it was ok to check in without any problem. The room was also clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Thank you for such a good experience first staying in Bangkok!

Hole-in-the-wall-esque on the outside, bougie on the inside. Worth it!

It's quite new and I like the simple layout of the room. It has everything we need like washing machine, cooking utensil and such. check in/out was smooth. If you drive the parking is a little tight for maneuver. will choose it again if i have the chance.

Hotel location: Far from Bts thonglor. Take motorbike 5mins. Affordable room rate with clean and cosy room.

This stay was a surprise, there is a separate terrace, the room is big enough, comfortable, rooftop also gym room and swimming pool, but the area is a bit far from bts, but near the Japanese area many Japanese to the local restaurant is quite excellent, and cafe, I stayed in a deluxe single bed room! I suggest this room is better than the one in the standard room, only a few $10 difference

The customer service was excellent. The room was also well-cleaned and I was happy that two bottles of water were replenished every day. I will definitely book again.

The area downstairs is full of Japanese restaurants. Drinking, dining, and resting are quite comfortable. I upgraded to a larger room at the counter on the day of check-in. It was also very cheap. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and it is convenient to travel. The hotel has a car that can take you to the subway entrance. There is an Internet-famous noodle shop downstairs from the hotel

I sent my friend to the hotel. The room was very clean and tidy. The only problem was that I called the front desk directly or through Ctrip before checking in, but no one answered the phone all day. I couldn't contact the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel last year and will come back to this hotel this year. Although it is far from the Skytrain station, there are shuttle buses and motorcycle taxis, which is very convenient. There is a washing machine in the room, which is very practical. The environment is quiet amidst the bustle. I like it very much

Overall, it was clean in every aspect. The location is not too far from the nearby station, so I think I walked to the hotel for about 15 minutes. The cleanliness was such that I felt it was clean as soon as I first entered, and the building overall looked clean. Is the service good enough for room control? There was nothing more and nothing less. I wasn't able to see the facility because of other schedules. I couldn't see anything more than the lobby from my room.

This is my fourth stay. It's a 12-13 minute walk from Thonglor station, but I personally appreciate that all rooms are equipped with washlets. If you use a motorbike taxi or taxi with a ride-hailing app such as Grab, you can get to Phrom Phong or Asoke in 5-10 minutes, and there are many restaurants in the Thonglor area, so you can enjoy delicious meals near the hotel. The hotel staff are all kind and friendly. Considering the cost-performance ratio, I think it is comparable to luxury hotels in Asoke and Phrom Phong.
