Rooms are much-much more worn out than presented, pictures they advertise were probably taken 10 years ago. Still a very decent option for its price. Great location, friendly staff, convenient bike rental downstairs. Won't be returning, but thank you for the stay!

The picture on website is looking good like a new hotel.. but the real world terrible guest house and very dirty room and bad location

this hotel owner so bossful mind (fat lady) age 50 uo have many condiroon must follow her outside 24hours so loud & noisy can't sleep well bath room so small squre when check out time no wait for prepare baggage. say hurry go check out airconditoon can't control below 25 dgree so hot. so noisy. outside no have fun MRT, BTS so far. street always traffic really no recommand this hotel

The room was more worn than the pictures. But, it was clean and comfortable enough. Good for budget travelers. AC was not great, but it eventually cooled the room. Wifi decent. I would stay again.

Great place has good internet and its in a good area in the centre of the action.

All good, clean , quiet, no lift, bed a bit hard, lots of International channels on tv

The first room was unfortunately aweful on the ground floor at guesthouse 1 and the room was moldy, dirty, dark and cockroaches in the bathroom and the wet cover of the pipe right in front of the toilet. That’s why I had to give only three stars. However, the next day I could change to room to guesthouse 2 with a balcony, which was much better. Unfortunately on the 4th floor and no elevator🤣 but for that price it’s ok, as long as you get a decent room in guesthouse no. 2

I got a problem that’s why I didn’t stay in this place my flight delayed and when I talked with them they refuse to Change the date of the booking or give me refund and it happened with me before in others hotel and hostel and they accept but this one they don’t and they are so rude

Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds... but we managed on site.

My room was clean, spacious for 1 person and very comfortable. It was really quiet at night and the staffs were amazing.
