Advert says city view all we got was a caged in balcony opposite a seven eleven the noise from the street disturbed sleep Had to ask for water as did not service the room  No kettle or coffee  offered  This is so far the worst  placed I’ve stayed  I wish I had not left my previous hotel

It was good enough for the price but the balcony was useless as pigeons were nesting there and there was a huge cockroach in the room that had to be dealt with

bed is dusty. they never change bedsheet, pillowcase, tower. even tower use and wet, even ask for change bedsheet, tower, pillowcase they never change. they never do room services infornt of you because they don't want to change. just do neat the room. morning reception clerk is friendly evening one is so rude. the picture is after they do room service. I fount the hair. my hair is long 👎 if u have allergy, this hotel is nightmae. ❌ ❌ ❌

A budget hotel for a night stay and wash up. The location is away from City Town Area.

I stayed at Livotel Express Hotel during my solo trip and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. However, the only issue I faced was with the Wi-Fi connection. Unfortunately, I couldn’t connect to the hotel’s Wi-Fi from my room or even at the reception. While the staff tried to assist and the Wi-Fi seemed to work on other devices, my phone simply wouldn’t connect, despite working fine with other networks outside the hotel. If the Wi-Fi connectivity can be improved, I’d definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The hotel is totally different compared to when I went there a year ago so clean,tidy and fully renovated. Great location near big shopping mall and local foods. I highly recommend livotel hotel so affordable trip.
