The staff were so friendly and caring. Perfect place to bring a dog :-)

We had a good stay at grand mercure bangkok Asoke. Room was clean and spacious despite it is and old building but thats fine. Its located approximately 400-500meters to terminal 21 and Asok BTS. They do provide shuttle every 30 minutes.They do provide breakfast but it was very minimal and enough for 2 of us

The location is good, in Sukhumvit Soi 19, about a five-minute walk from BTS ASOK station. There are several massage shops, two 711s, and several restaurants on the way. There are many restaurants in the Terminal 21 shopping mall at the intersection. The room is super big, 80 square meters, with two bathrooms and a balcony. The facilities are a little old but very clean, and the daily cleaning service is also good. All the employees I met, from the parking lot at the door, to the front desk receptionist to the cleaners, are very friendly. Pet-friendly, I met some people walking their dogs in the morning. Smoking-friendly, because there is a balcony, you can smoke on the balcony. The price is pretty good, I plan to stay there for another week in July. But the room price seems to be a little higher than this time, it would be better if it could be lower. A little flaw, the ditch at the door smells too strong, maybe this is normal in Bangkok

I booked the best room. It said on the website that it had a microwave, but it didn't. There were also bugs and the wifi was bad. There was no lobby, so we couldn't even have a meeting. I made a wrong choice this time.

It's relatively close to the center of Asoke and has good access to various places. The building is old, but the interior is clean and the staff are friendly and very comfortable. There is a small gym and a pool, which I use when I'm staying alone for a long time. There is also a pet floor, so it's soothing when I encounter a dog in the lobby. I would like to use it again.

The room is big, good value for money, very close to t21 and other places, very convenient.

Everything is great, I stayed with my dog, they brought a bowl, a diaper, a very clean hotel, the gym and the pool are excellent

The location is very good, but the drains in the bathroom, sink, and laundry room overflow and it doesn't seem very hygienic. There are no toothbrushes or amenities, just shampoo and body soap, no treatment... what a shame. The staff are very kind and friendly. It's convenient for long-term stays, but... there are a lot of families there, so it can be a bit noisy at night.

Large spacious room with a balcony and a kitchenette. Each room has a bathtub. Breakfast is acceptable.

The hotel is located on a side street of Asok city centre. Various shops are accessible on foot. You can quickly access all facilities, including Massage Shop, 7-Eleven, and restaurants, within almost 5 minutes. The overall condition of the hotel was very old. Almost everything was old. But all the staff were friendly. There is a swimming pool and gym on the top floor of the hotel. But the swimming pool was small. The gym seems to be in great need of improvement. Most of the furniture was very old. However, this hotel was memorable for the friendliness of the staff.

Very nice, with balcony, suitable for smokers.
