I had an exceptional stay here. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are clean and very pretty, and the entire vibe is extremely calm. Even a nice little private balcony. Room with large windows but looks out into the city, so no one is looking in. Cute tiny pool. Would have stayed longer if I could.

This is a great place to stay in Chiang Mai if you are looking for a quiet residential area. The staff is very friendly (looks like run by a family) and the hotel offers all that you need: some amenities in the room, coffee, AC, complete breakfast, tv, hair dryer. Location is good, in the middle between the old city and Nimaan, but that is also a negative as it is neither here nor there. The property is well maintained and I recommend it.

It is a family-run business. There is a friendly small dog at the entrance, which is cute. There is a hair dryer. The bed is a little hard. I was leaving early in the morning so I couldn't eat breakfast. I asked for a shuttle and an old man took me to the airport for a cheaper price than Grab. There are cafes and famous Khao Soi restaurants in the area.
