the location is good, and the room is clean and tide. however, only one thing has to be improved as they dont replace new towels after cleaning room

The staffs are friendly and helpful. They even upgraded my room to higher level. The room size is enough for a couple. The cleanliness is good. The location is just beside BTS station. There are 7 eleven, massage shop and Siam Pharmacy within walking distance. There’s a bar at the ground floor with live band. Overall is a nice place to stay.

No.1 very small lobby ...No.2 old decoarion ...No.3 when enter the room then very bad smell from washroom ...no.4 no tooth brush or comb ...looking inside room very old .....blanket not clean ...over all feeling is waste 100 usd and I have moved another hotel today 13th July

Repeated stay at this hotel where it was called Novotel. Location is very good. Just besides the BTS station.

Good location. Recommend this hotel. Convenient to travel around as there is BTS station in front of the hotel. There is a 7-11 nearby

Location is right next to the bts station, room is spacious, service and breakfast are both at average standards. If you are looking for a decent hotel in Bangkok near the main shopping area, this is a safe choice. A few comments on the room: lighting is limited, the shower is stronger at lower floors, hence think twice when you are offered an upgrade to higher floors. There is a minor renovation going on at the lobby/reception area, but does minimum impact.

Have frequented this hotel when under Novetel and feel a decline overall now managed by Sheraton Marriott. Bed linen was not changed daily and was told by duty manager the policy was to change only on alternate days. I stayed 5 nights. Cracks in bathroom and along corridors from recent earthquake tremors are still not rectified after months.

A nice hotel located right next to ' Phloen Chit' BTS station, so very easy to get to and from the airport. The rooms are small but ok. I was dissapointed with the quality of the towels. They are very thin. Something else that was a bit off putting were the large cracks in many of the walls. I suspect this is a result of the recent earthquake. There does not seem to be any urgency in getting them repaired. The breakfast was good. Little glitches like the toaster getting jammed and some of the coffee machines not working was a bit annoying. On the bright side, there is live music most nights, with different artists performing every night. All in all, despite my negative comments. I would stay there again.

The hotel is next to the metro and has quite a fair bit of good eateries nearby. However, you can still see the remnant of the earthquake as the walls of hotel cracked (so is the room), they might want to remedy this as this doesn’t shout great, for the brand.

Flawless, for me the high wifi quality was important for work. The hallways had some cracks from the recent earthquake but the hotel has done a good job in repairing and covering them in the room.

Excellent value for the price. Huge room though a little dated, but the location right next to BTS made up for it.
