Not bad and good location . It’ll be better if there will be dryer and mini bar .

We love the staffs. They speak good English. The hotel also near foods stall and the Pratunam market just 3 minutes walk. Also love the service, they can book the taxi for you to go to airport at 4.30am too! So no worries.

Good location for shopping

surrounding alot of foodies. cleaning needed improvement. maintenance of the room such as toilet should take care more. informed front desk on tv needed to repair, but no action at all albefore we left for home.

Very Dirty nabourhood Night shift Receptionist is very rude unhelpful I asked him tell a driver about hotel location by my phone but he didn't even touch my phone and went away

No welcome drinks .They are still using 2.4G wifi it was so pathetic.

Upon arriving, the reception told that we have been checked in when in fact we just reach Bangkok. Later the problem resolved and we got the room to ourselves after long journey. Located in the heart of Pratunam, a bit tricky to find as the hallway looks almost the same. Walking distance to other malls - Platinum, central world, big C. Got halal food nearby too. If you want to enjoy night market, can take water taxi at Pratunam Pier bound to Ramkhamehang Night Market for various halal food selection.

It can be very challenging for the taxi to find the location and stop infront of the hotel because the hotel is behind another building and there’s only a small alley that leads to the main entrance of the hotel. If you have plenty of luggage it will really be a big problem for you. The hotel rooms are very clean and spacious enough with sleek, minimalist interior which I like. It’s also very quiet. This location is very near to Pratunam market and malls and there is plenty of good food outside the building. The staff is superb! Very helpful and friendly too.
