Nice hotel ,walk distance 5min to BTS. Opposite BTS is health Land Massage central , but It's hard to find food nearby.

Easy check in.  We got the corner room beside the staff lift.  The room was pretty dusty. Apparently it has been vacant for a while. Room was quiet. With a nice unblock view.  Toilet was clean and shower was strong!  Nearby there are good noodle shop. And plenty of pastry as well. The location has nothing in the evening.  The hotel is easy to find and takes 5-10 mins of walking from St. Louis Bts.  Would recommend to stay there if you like quiet and accessible location.

I like the hotel! Room is clean, comfortable and nice, the location is convenient to get to a subway station, few 7/11 around but I didn’t understand why I didn’t get enough towel after daily cleaning, I got 4 towels only twice and in other days I get 3/4 and 2/4 and I idk why

Best Western Bangkok offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, the towels were slightly worn, and amenities weren’t replenished daily — we had to call to request them. A few small improvements could enhance the overall experience.

Great location only 5 minutes walk from the Saint Louis BTS station, not much tourist around and easy access to shopping district such as Silom

The hotel is new and clean, we really had a good stay, is located at Sathorn, not very far from places like Soi cowboy, maybe 20 mins drive. And 15 minutes drive from the Big sitting Buddha. Hotel staff are friendly, I would like to come back again next time.

Location is great. There were some ***** hairs on bathroom floor when i just arrived and some dust over the clothes but its not big deal to me. Bedding was so comfortable. There was some noise during midnight to 1 am and again around 6-7 am each day which kind of annoying. Other than that everything was great. Will stay again.

Had to attend a meeting around sathon area. Nice room! Didn’t get to check out the rooftop!

Very clean and large, walk 10 minutes to the train station. Down stair a lot coffee shop.

Good location and comfortable room

This is my second stay, and I booked the same room type as the first time. When we arrived, they said there were no such rooms available. My companions and I arrived together. They didn't follow the prices at all. I booked a more expensive room, but they didn't reserve it at all. 第二次入住这家酒店了 定的跟第一次一样的房型。到了说没的可选了。和同行人一起到的。完全不按照价格来。我定的贵的房间 根本不预留。翻译

From the moment we arrived, the service at the hotel was excellent. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Bangkok. I accidentally left my wallet in a taxi, and the driver couldn’t speak English. Fortunately, the hotel front desk staff were very helpful—they assisted us in communicating with the driver and successfully resolved the issue. Overall, it was a great experience during our three-day stay.

Everything was great: the location, the room size, and the staff’s helpfulness and friendliness. This will be my go-to place whenever I come here!
