A very convenient location for travelling around the city centre of Bangkok and its surrounding areas. Short walking distance to a BTS station is its main plus point. The breakfast buffet was very good and delicious. Also, our room had just been newly renovated so the amenities were all good and functional. We enjoyed our three nights of stay here. Only had a bit of feedback from us that the hotel room insulation was not good... could hear clearly guests walking along the corridors, talking, closing & opening their doors and pushing their luggage into very late nights and very early mornings....The surrounding area outside the hotel was also noisy until wee hours due to the heavy traffic and the construction works along the main road.

Advantages: clean, relatively comfortable rooms with full amenities, also quite close to shopping centers, many amenities around, close to small markets, the staff is also attentive and friendly. On a high floor so there is not much noise Disadvantages: Extending from the beginning of the street is a whole road under construction, so in front of the hotel is very dusty, and cars entering this road are easily congested. Perhaps the worst is the breakfast. Only few options.

Good room tidy. Good food. The price is reasonable. Welcome drink is available up to midnight. Bath tub is available in every room. However, the road outside hotel is under construction. It is quite inconvenient.

There was an ongoing construction in front of the hotel so it was hard to get into the hotel. Staff at the check-in area weren’t too friendly.

Great stay at Bangkok City Hotel! The location is very convenient — just a short walk to the BTS station and right next to a 7-Eleven for quick snacks or essentials. The area feels safe and accessible. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy throughout the stay. Perfect choice if you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel with a central location in Bangkok.

Super pleased with my stay here. The location is convenient and easy to go to a lot of landmarks around bangkok. The breakfast is really nice, it doesn't take a while for food to be refilled. The only inconvenience is the road construction in front of the hotel but its not that bad. 10/10

Best hotel to stay since its walking distance to BTS station and hotel service is excellent. The price is affordable and the hygiene of the room is categorized as ok. The breakfast served variety options to choose from and the best thing is they provide unlimited coffee from the machine 24hours. Just one thing need to consider is they are having constructions across the road so you might having disturbance during night time. Overall, recommended!

Very close to the metro station, great location. Plenty of parking spaces available. The room is spacious, and the cleaning is ok. It was a bit noisy at night because some people were talking loudly in the hallway, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. They went to their room, and it became quiet again

very nice experience and service, front desk staff are very friendly and helpful
