I like the location and quilt. I can speak Chinese. Even the nearby 7-store has Chinese services. It also has local snacks. My favorite is the freshly grilled chicken drumsticks for only 20 yuan. There is also a large supermarket, subway and massage. It is very convenient. The disadvantage is that the tenants watch videos on their phones in the middle of the night without using headphones, which disturbs their sleep.
