Nice place

Not upto 4 star as rated i would say 3 star , rama shinta resto is not upto the mark, front desk office is also not upto the mark, may be ok for local person but definitely average for foreigners.

This hotel is very good and its very good for business trip and vacation.

Always a regular for office employee gathering. Complete facilities, lots of variety of breakfast and delicious

There was a DJ party at the club, it was so noisy that the sound was so loud it reached the room until 1am and it hadn't finished yet. I kept complaining and kept partying.

Clean and tidy, good service attitude

The room was not clean enough, the bed sheets had lots of blood spots on them, the room smelled musty, the interior looked old, the AC only had air. The waiters weren't very friendly at night, sir, the view was really good, a winner for the views around it. Please improve service and cleanliness especially

The rooms are spacious.. complete facilities.. delicious breakfast and lots of choices.. recommended

Attractive facilities, children enjoy playing on the playground. The air is cool, comfortable and pleasant. For a holiday with family, it is very suitable. Next time you can come back here again....

Tempat bersih, nyaman, pelayanan baik, banyak pilihan hiburan di dalam lokasi.

Hotelnya bagus, kalo udah nginep di sini, ga usah ke mana2 lagi, karna fasilitasnya lengkap. Ada kolam renang, tempat karaoke, spa, bioskop, playground, restoran, gym, dan bar. Ada shuttle car yang bisa anterin ke tempat wisata terdekat. Breakfastnya enak dan pilihannya beragam. Kolam renangnya bukan kolam renang hangat, tapi enak berenang dingin-dingin. Minusnya pas lagi nginep di sana, lagi ada company gathering, jadi mereka berisik pas mereka lagi ada acara. Minus satu lagi, bantal saya ketinggalan di hotel. Tapi hotelnya ga ada info apa2, harus saya tanya dulu baru diinfo, harusnya staff hotelnya aktif infoin duluan, tapi akhirnya bantalnya dikirim ke saya.
