"They are crooked Slime balls. Reserved a room but had to cancel it over a month before the cancellation date. They still charged me for both days I booked saying I didn’t cancel. Provided them with their emailed cancellation confirmation. They refunded one day. Said they didn’t charge me for two days. Provided my Visa statement showing charges for both days. They still will not refund my money! They commit credit card fraud with a smile on their face."
