Great customer service from front desk staffs. Got an early check in at 11+am(probably due to non peak period). Quite a number of eateries across hotel and a supermarket.
Drive to beach & Desaru mini zoo took around 15-20mins.
Hotel breakfast buffet was okay, not a very wide selection but good enough for breakfast :)
Room wise, it’s huge and clean. Love it!

Room is spacious and generally clean. Hotel amenities are not that great only pool and gym. Food in the hotel restaurant mesh need to be improved seriously, esp during dinner buffet basically there is no service staff to clear your plates and you have to do it urself. Even staffs at the food counters seem also not enough. But generally staffs are friendly and helpful. And they did simple deco for special event.

Nice hotel. Limited spread in breakfast but still ok. Was assigned a small table for 4 while we had 6 pax. Ask for a change but was serve unwillingly. Another family of 5 behind us was given with a table for 6 instead.

Location was not too bad if you have a car. 10 mins drive to the waterpark and beach. There's a 7/11 opposite of the hotel and quite a number of food places around.

因為是帶長者和娃出遊，對比了很多家酒店最終還是選了喜來登，晚餐自助偏向馬來風味，味道還不錯。早餐自助品種還算多，娃吃的挺開心的，房間進門香香的，廁所雖然沒有浴缸，但是很乾凈，空調很給力，冷的不要不要的，總共訂了兩間房，前台自動給了聯通房，方便了很多。工作人員服務都很好，小朋友的自助餐費用都包在房費裏了，總之超預期的滿意。

It is our first time staying with this hotel at Desaru, the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are big and clean with a balcony.
Breakfast spread was ok, suggest properly they can have some rotation changes of menu at times would be better.
Overall the experiences staying at the asset was good and enjoyable.

Nice hotel. Best buffet ramadhan and sahur ever. Will come again for a short stay and meals. Affordable price.
