The location was close to where I needed to be—I stayed for three nights. I arrived quite late and the hotel does have 24-hour room service which is excellent. The room was small but clean. They clean the room daily and replace new towels. The car park was spacious and you had to pay just RM1 for exit. The water pressure for the shower is good. There's a bit smell coming from the bathroom but usually it's gone after you've had a shower. I make sure I keep the bathroom door closed at all times. Upon check-in, the reception all friendly. Very attentive. Overall, the experience was good.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and service. On arrival, I noticed a footprint on the pillow cover, which remained there for 3 days — no one changed it, and the bed sheet was not even tidied up throughout the stay.
There were also small bugs on the bed and blood stains, which made me very uncomfortable. Hygiene clearly isn't a priority here.
The bathroom was poorly stocked — on the first night, I only received 2 bottles of shampoo, but no body wash. I thought it was standard until my friend (staying in another room) mentioned he had body wash provided. Only then did I call room service to request it.
Unfortunately, the room service staff entered the room wearing shoes, and left dirty footprints all over the toilet floor and even on the bath mat. The toilet itself was very dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly before my stay.
Also, there were no slippers provided in the room, which made it even more uncomfortable considering the overall cleanliness issues.
Very disappointed, especially considering the basic standards I expect from any hotel. Definitely hope the management takes this seriously and improves the hygiene and service levels.

All good, but two drawback.
Parking is limited, and the car park is a mess. The room is spacious, comfortable, tidy. However, found a stain on the blanket sheet which got me slightly irritated 😖

The exterior may look like a low-cost hotel but the interior is amazing! I love staying there. The front desk staff was super nice as well!

Room is very clean, parking is available but very full. Need to pay rm1 per entry for hotel guest. Decent & will book again next time
