I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and service. On arrival, I noticed a footprint on the pillow cover, which remained there for 3 days — no one changed it, and the bed sheet was not even tidied up throughout the stay.
There were also small bugs on the bed and blood stains, which made me very uncomfortable. Hygiene clearly isn't a priority here.
The bathroom was poorly stocked — on the first night, I only received 2 bottles of shampoo, but no body wash. I thought it was standard until my friend (staying in another room) mentioned he had body wash provided. Only then did I call room service to request it.
Unfortunately, the room service staff entered the room wearing shoes, and left dirty footprints all over the toilet floor and even on the bath mat. The toilet itself was very dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly before my stay.
Also, there were no slippers provided in the room, which made it even more uncomfortable considering the overall cleanliness issues.
Very disappointed, especially considering the basic standards I expect from any hotel. Definitely hope the management takes this seriously and improves the hygiene and service levels.

Room is quite spacious. The location is superb. There’s a place to eat in front of the hotel. Easy to get grab to move to other destination as well.

Room is clean and facility is quite new. Convenient location and just cross the road, you may find several restaurant which close at 12am.

Been few times stayed with no issue. Except last visit of the date with 2 rooms provided were with air conditioning problem. Front staff very rude. Never apologised of the situation after been waiting to fix for long. Only after communicated with Manager, only the damaged control done. It spoiled the weekend. Will definitely not come back.
