Very satisfied with the service. Since arrived very early st hotel around 10am. Reception counter allow us to leave our luggages at the hotel so as we can conviniently proceed with our activities before come back in the evening for check in.

I love the hotel, check in process is quick, have big space in the room , they gave us slice of cake every afternoon, as well as arabica gayo coffe powder. The room is clean. The staffs are polite and gave good manner. Breakfast have large varieties of options, but the taste is not so delicious (for me), but for my husband the taste was great. The location is near from every where, near souvenir shops, museum tsunami, Baiturrahman mosque and PLTD apung. Thank you, definitely will come back if i go to banda aceh again

Everything greats but the toilet only have auto bidet .

I had a great stay at the Kyriad Hotel in Aceh. The location is very convenient — close to key landmarks, restaurants, and easy to get around from. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a very relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast — good variety, tasty local options, and fresh ingredients. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a solid choice if you're visiting Aceh. Would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Not worth the price Breakfast so so Give us Smoking room and ask me upgrade to suite room have to add almost rm130. Telling me due to I didn’t do special request so give me smoking room. Location good Towel didn’t provide, need to call house keeping give. Room didn’t really clean, and no view from the window.

A nice place, nearby to tourist attractions. Cafe and breakfast were also nice.

Not too far from BaituRahman mosque. The hotel provides shuttle service for Fajr prayer to the mosque. Within walking distance to restaurants.

Our stay in this hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. I put in special request for a room near to the lift since my mom can't walk long distance and we get it. Very few hotels actually accommodate this kind of request. Food selection was good. Cleanliness was great. They also provide morning shuttle to go to Masjid Baitul Rahman for Subuh prayer which I think is really good and useful for Muslims. I'll come back to this hotel for my next trip to Banda Aceh.

Great location & reasonable rate..new hotel(2017),clean and smell good. Good bed,pillows,shower,hair&body shampoo, coffee tea & bottled water. Friendly staff-receptionist,restaurant,housekeeping staff. Nice selection of breakfast. Very nearby with pizzahut (on the right), KFC and other shop.

The best hotel in Banda Aceh. Hotel strategically located in heart of Aceh town.Clean and well maintained hotel. Good delicious variety of breakfast plus local Aceh food. Excellent customer service and attentive. Kyriad provide free shuttle service for fajr prayer at Masjid Raya Baitulrahman approx 600 meter from hotel.
