Every staff speaks good English, very nice. The environment is extremely amazing. There forces you to put down your phone enjoy your holiday because there has no signal at all. But in the resort providing WiFi (not free). We definitely will go there again

The most expensive and farthest compared to other rafts.
Personally, I'm not wowed. The service is so-so.
If you book through an agent, you may have to pay extra for the meal.

If finding a price from another agent is cheaper The school will offer a more cost-effective package. Book with the school. It will be worth more.

They didn’t respond to my email about how to get to the hotel, had to figure it out on my own. Don’t respond to social media messages either which is a shame. The place is hard to get to. The food was alright. But the view makes up for all of the above.

We had the most amazing experience in this place. The staff was very professional, kind and lovely. Especially Nipa! She was patient and gave us attention and great service with everything we needed. Help with transportation and for every request we had. The place is very quiet and the view is spectacular. We highly recommend!!!!

Dear 500 Rai Team, We just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for the incredible experience we had during our stay at your resort in Khao Sok National Park. Everything was truly unforgettable — from the peaceful atmosphere on the lake to the stunning views and warm hospitality. A very special thank you to our guide, Pookie (I hope I got the name right!), who was so kind, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the day. The walk to Coral Cave was absolutely beautiful, and we really appreciated all the information and care along the way. And please pass along our compliments to the chef — every meal was delicious! Es war ein Abstecher ins Paradies, die Natur, die vielen lieben Menschen und die einzigartige Unterkunft machten die Zeit zu einem unvergesslichen Moment. We stayed with our 12 and 14-year-old kids, and surprisingly, no one was bored for a second! We did longtail boat tours, swimming, kayaking, and board games by candlelight. No screens, just bonding. The staff made sure we were always safe and comfortable. It’s rare to find a place that pleases both teens and their parents . 500Rai nailed it.
