Please look for another place to stay.
I can only describe this place as absolute filth in all aspect. I can't believe that the Comfort Inn's upper management do not care about this hotel operation.

Comfortable room and bed, great location, breakfast, front desk helpful. Would stay there again. A little chilly in lobby, but it was cold outside.

Update rooms 708 and 709
Hotel need to be 100% updated. Need new mattress. Taller toilet. New carpet in the hallway. One elevator was working. Breakfast not good.

I assumed the hotel standards would have been top notch as it is in the heart of Baltimore's Inner Harbour but I was wrong.
The breakfast needs to have a little more effort, including keeping the food warm. The elevator was janky & broken. The carpets throughout were dirty. Both ice machines were broken and very dirty. The bathrooms are very small and the toilet is unusually low to the ground, almost like a kids toilet, lol. Our bathroom shower had a hole in the ceiling. The best part of our stay was the cookies, fruit & coffee in the entrance lounge.
