酒店不錯,不過沒有時間去逛,在這個號稱最危險的城市裡,哪裡也不想動。

No notice of fire alarm testing when booking 2 weeks ago. On Nov 5th, Local staff put out a notice for fire alarm ‘testing’ to occur next day on Thursday Nov 6th, but it carried over into Nov 7th as well. I told the older woman at the front counter I would like a partial refund or some sort of compensation for having to deal with the inconvenience as I am working 3rd shift and now not slept in 2 days. She was relatively rude and when I asked if I should just ‘deal with it’ she sarcastically said yes. Other local staffing was pleasant. Traveling worldwide for work 250 days a year, this has been one of the worst specific hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Being a military vet, I've been to a lot of less than accommodating locations, and this one is near the top. I've never felt compelled to write a review before, nor have I, but there is a lot of opportunity for improvement here.

Worst hotel ever! Staff unprofessional and they lied to us. Stayed 3 days and no housekeeping came. When we asked they said they only do rooms every other day so I waited. Next day no housekeeping. When I complained they lied again and said we have to request it - in the meantime a member of our party had their room cleaned without requesting it; Finally after numerous complaints the head of housekeeping came and they cleaned the bathroom & emptied trash.. No beds made! Ordered breakfast and paid for it but it never came. After 45 minutes we asked front desk staff and they said it would be right up. It never came! Still waiting for the $61.98 refund

I booked and paid for room in advance, online, through, Marriott. Called immediately after & asked them to ensure that I would be able to see the port where the ships arrive from the hotel room. I was assured that a room was was blocked for us so that this would happen. I ended up having to book a later flight and so contacted Marriott to let them know that we would be arriving later so our room would not be given away. Staff were helpful put a note on the file that we would not arrive until later and again I asked for them to double check that we had a room facing the Baltimore port. This was my second time staying there and the second time that I made this request. The first time we ended up in a room facing away from the port and toward the train tracks and I didn't want this to happen again. We checked in this time and were given a room that once again faced the train tracks, even thought we were assured that the room was "blocked" off for us. I was also surprised that I had paid for the room in full months earlier and then was told that I would have to pay again on the day that I arrived. I have my credit card company looking into this. When requesting a taxi, we were told that they have a guy and his price was $25 a person when we know taxis are $40 flat rate. (Port to airport or airport to port.)

The room was beautiful. Had hair in the shower. We had to wait 2 hours to get checked in because the front let every single room check out late. Check in starts at 3 we didn’t get in our room till 5. Front desk manager was rude and not clear to guests on what was going on. Gave us free water.

The trend is to build showers with half glass and no door. I never want to stay in another hotel that had designed their baths this way. At this hotel not too much water splashed out. The entire bathroom steams up. The shower head was so cheap water spewed everywhere. There is nothing private about this type of shower. In the room the TV is to the right of the bed. You cannot watch it while laying in the bed. Whoever designed the room and bath obviously had never used a bath or room designed this way.
