Air conditioning in the room was awful, barely worked at all. Food at the hotel restaurant wasn’t great, especially for the price. Only real good thing about this place is the location, close to Camden yards and M&T bank stadium.

I was highly disappointed with my stay at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards. I had specifically booked a room with a king bed, but upon arrival, I was informed that none were available. Instead, I was given a room with different accommodations that didn’t meet my expectations. To make matters worse, the room was missing a refrigerator—there was just an empty hole where it should have been. For the price I paid, I expected far better service and amenities. The lack of organization and attention to detail made my stay far less enjoyable than anticipated. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their booking practices and room upkeep.

Expensive and not worth it. The hotel is run down with worn-out mattresses that is yellowed, holes in the carpet, grey curtains that used to be white, stains on the furniture, rusted light fixtures in the bathroom, someone else's toothpaste stuck to the wall in the bathroom, rusty doorknobs, and a rusty tub. And, the room key maker was broken so security had to walk everyone to their rooms and let them in with a master key. That was ok except that someone opened my door at 2:30 am. Thankfully, I had the latch latched so it stopped the door from opening completely. Looking out the keyhole, I saw security walking down the hall. I assume they were walking someone to their room and got the wrong room number. Avoid this place at all costs. The HIlton is right across the street - do there instead.

Hotel is a decaying reminder past grandeur. Broken doors, elevators, A/C, and mold exists. Long renovation promises.

My mom checked in June 9th until the 11th. I live across the street. About an hour after she checked in, a note was slipped under her door. The AC was going to be shut down between 11 pm & 1 am for maintenance. OK. She was at bit upset the receptionist didn't tell her that when she checked in. I noticed how uncomfortable it was as soon as I walked into the room. I walked back across the street & returned with a fan. The response she got from the staff was indifferent at best. I've worked for Marriott. Seriously? You're ok with treating your guests this way?

While on a business trip, I stayed here as it was close to the Baltimore convention center. The vents of the air conditioner were filled with thick dust and debris, and the sheer curtains were gray with dust and made me sneeze every time I attempted to open the curtains. Worst, however, was the ancient and saggy mattress that caused my back to ache in the morning. When I attempted to straighten the lumpy mattress pad, I discovered the mattress itself had a large patch of what looked like dried blood.....yuck, can't get that image out of my mind. Biggest mistake was to stay here.

Love this hotel. Everyone who works here is so friendly. It’s clean and not an issue with noise. We always have a great time at the Yard which has amazing food . We also get pizza here from the little pizza shop in the Marriott. It’s perfect. It’s close to Camden yards and the Orioles stadium.
