Air conditioning in the room was awful, barely worked at all. Food at the hotel restaurant wasn’t great, especially for the price. Only real good thing about this place is the location, close to Camden yards and M&T bank stadium.

I was highly disappointed with my stay at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards. I had specifically booked a room with a king bed, but upon arrival, I was informed that none were available. Instead, I was given a room with different accommodations that didn’t meet my expectations. To make matters worse, the room was missing a refrigerator—there was just an empty hole where it should have been. For the price I paid, I expected far better service and amenities. The lack of organization and attention to detail made my stay far less enjoyable than anticipated. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their booking practices and room upkeep.

Chose this property as I came to Baltimore on business for one day and their location was perfect. My stay was a-OK. The bad: 1) I went to my initially assigned room and found a dirty dessert plate by the door: what type of housekeeping team do they have that they are negligent to keep any dirty dishes and trash by the door? Complained about it to a front desk staff and while the staff gave me a complimentary upgrade, he did not apologize or call a manager to address the situation. 2) Their main entrance area construction forced you to go through their deli with a tiny entrance door. 3) Their M lounge closed at 1 pm daily, which was super inconvenient as I only stayed there one night, and this early closure was never communicated to their front desk staff: I was told that it should have been open all afternoon. 4) Power outlets are located poorly in the living room area of their suite rooms, which was rather inconvenient. The good: loved the ample number of EV charging stations as I drive an EV, and their restaurant's crab soup was spot on for what you expect from a Baltimore crab soup!

My three friends and I reserved and stayed in two rooms at the Baltimore Marriott at Inner Harbor 9/19/25 - 9/21/25. We attended a weekend series between the Yankees and Orioles. The proximity to the ballpark was great. That, unfortunately, was about the only thing I can say that was great about the facility. After checking in that Friday afternoon, we went to our rooms only to find them partially made up and not ready for our occupancy — though the rooms were released for use. The beds had been stripped and sheets put on, but that was it. Additionally, the bathroom linens had not been restocked. Also, one room had no soap. In the other room, when we opened the cabinet where the refrigerator was supposed to be, there was nothing but a large hole in the cabinet back where the refrigerator used to be (see photo). I found the housekeeping staff farther down the hall and approached them about the rooms condition. They told me they had run out of certain linens and had done what they could. I called the front desk explaining what we had found. They corrected the problems within a reasonable timeframe. That included bringing a refrigerator to the room where one was missing, though it was simply placed out on the floor and plugged in. The shabby service didn’t end there. The hotel restaurant had its own set of problems. The food was alright but the service left a lot to be desired. Our orders were mixed up and service was quite slow. One family sitting near us waited 45 minutes to be waited on then finally got up and left in disgust. This is a Marriott I’m describing. Not some dinky backwater place where you might expect the level of service we experienced. Also, I’m not foisting blame on the staff. They seemed eager to make things right. I am leveling blame on two areas. First management. It seemed that there is a dearth of communication, oversight and probably training. Secondly, the hotel seemed way under staffed. We saw housekeepers that had been there during the early afternoon, working deep into the night. I wonder, at what point will Americans wake up and realize that the very people who work hard everyday, doing jobs most Americans won’t do, are being deported for no other reason than our prejudices. My advice to others considering staying at this facility is; read the reviews and try to do better elsewhere. If you can’t and you really must be close to the stadiums, accept going in that you aren’t getting your money’s worth.

Expensive and not worth it. The hotel is run down with worn-out mattresses that is yellowed, holes in the carpet, grey curtains that used to be white, stains on the furniture, rusted light fixtures in the bathroom, someone else's toothpaste stuck to the wall in the bathroom, rusty doorknobs, and a rusty tub. And, the room key maker was broken so security had to walk everyone to their rooms and let them in with a master key. That was ok except that someone opened my door at 2:30 am. Thankfully, I had the latch latched so it stopped the door from opening completely. Looking out the keyhole, I saw security walking down the hall. I assume they were walking someone to their room and got the wrong room number. Avoid this place at all costs. The HIlton is right across the street - do there instead.

Hotel is a decaying reminder past grandeur. Broken doors, elevators, A/C, and mold exists. Long renovation promises.
