The hotel is located in the East Habour, which is relatively safer than other regions. This hotel, however, is old and lacks of management. At 2am, all residents were awakened by a false alarm, which caused us to evacuate by stairs. When we arrived at the lobby, only one staff was there and he made no instruction nor apology to any of us. Since the entire hotel was running out of electricity, we had to walk stairs for 10 floor back to our room. This was horrible.

This hotel is in a great location. It is 1 block to the harbor walk at Inner Harbor. Lovely walk. Then the other direction it is 1 block to Little Italy. Cute area. The hotel was easy to check into. Everyone was very friendly. Rooms were nice. I would stay again.

I had a great stay here in Baltimore. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly- remembered my name quickly and always asked if there was anything else they could do. Genuinely nice people, not just going through the motions of the job. Room was clean and nice. Hotel offers access to great health club a few metres away.
