When looking for a place to stay, too priority for me was room service, which this hotel advertised on their website that they offered. They did not. The front desk person the proceeded to insult my intelligence by suggesting that "room service" means they'll come to your room and change your towels. Attached are the website photos, showing "room service" under the Dining menu, and "housekeeping" listed under amenities. The room was nice, the bed comfy, and the free breakfast was great, but the neighborhood has no walkable stores, and one very pricey restaurant 2 blocks away.

The service was great, and the breakfast food was absolutely delicious. The room was also pretty good and the location was very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel.

Very satisfied. I sent my daughter to study in Baltimore. We all like this hotel. It has a good location, enthusiastic staff, clean and quiet.

The room is nice, the service is very good, warm and thoughtful. But the location is in Downtown, and there are homeless people in the nearby blocks.
