1分給前台。我去看房間給我帶到3樓，很久沒有打掃的房間。然後我準備走了，因為太臟。前台説給我免費升級套房。在5樓，打掃的很乾凈。直接給我辦入住了。我本來想退訂單。都不行。然後去5樓發現開的還是個標間。不是套間。
其實吧沒有想佔便宜。但是你主動騙人玩。那就是真可惡！！
從來沒有評價過，第一次遇到這樣一個騙子前台

沒想到房間超大，估計40多平，還沒有停暖氣，剛好降温了，曖暖的很舒服，設備齊全，熱水很好。故城很有特色，中華民族傳統文化傳承保留很好，交通便利。

首先是房價，這個房價我對房間還是蠻期待的，結果沒空調、浴巾上面全是毛髮、煙灰缸也在洗面池裡，看着極其噁心，水壓很小，沒有空調第二天太陽出來熱的不行！一晚上都沒睡好覺！！第二天早餐我們九點半去的居然沒有了😔😔😔

看評分高來的。家裡長者腿腳不好，平台上圖片也衹有一節樓梯（實際八節）才選擇的這裏。進來了之後在大廳又得上四節台階才能坐電梯到房間。。。。（不明白門口的無障礙通道意義何在）訂了兩間房，一間床單是破的，另一間隔音不能再差了，房間裏沒有空調就衹能開窗，外面放dj曲加唱歌喊麥到12點，關上窗都擋不住，床跟地震似的，帶耳機蒙著被都沒用。本來就是開車累了想着就近早點休息，然後還這樣。想給服務枱打電話，結果屋子裡的座機也是壞的，一個話筒不好使，另一個乾脆是壞的……不能再差勁了！

環疆自駕，最後一站來到巴裏坤縣，酒店房間挺大，佈置的也很乾凈，大窗外邊就能看見寬闊的草原！超出預期，值得選擇！

9點多入住的房間，發現花灑是壞的，漏水吧還都是涼水，不能用熱水，隨後聯繫了前台，十幾分鍾來了一位修理工，因為加班怒氣沖天，使勁砸水管，結果噴了一地水，過去半小時了也沒有修好，這時已經10點多了，我感覺修理工態度很惡略，就聯繫了攜程反應問題，結果修理工指着我説你別胡説，當面威脅我，非常粗魯野蠻，當時和攜程通話是免提狀態。在這種背景下，都半夜12點了酒店不退費，不允許退房，衹能換個房間，被逼無奈，大半夜經歷這些，非常糟糕，建議大家三思而後行。

房間還行，衞生勉勉強強，樓下停車免費，有超市買東西也方便，早餐也算豐富，去的第一天趕上沙塵天氣，第二天放晴了！
