"nice hotel"

"We stayed at this hotel with my big family. When we went in to our room, we didn't feel happy. The room was smelly and really needed a proper clean. It was dusty and bathroom was dirty. The towels also need replacing. No hand towels in the bathroom. I complained to the receptionist. She offered to show us other rooms, and offered to change our room. She and her colleagues took us to look at two other rooms. But all were dirty and dusty, worse than the first one. The batroom tiles didn't look nice, with yellowe stains and black around the edges and they also smelled. Her colleague took photos. When I asked he said he was going to report to his line manager. The restaurant food was nice but very slow service even though there were not a lot of people in restaurant that day."

"Bad hotel, just don't book it. The pictures make it look like a lot. But the room is small, there is no closet, no coat rack, there is no chair. In short, you can't put your stuff away. The shower is dirty, as is the toilet. The shower is placed in such a way that when you shower, everything is soaking wet. Drainage is poor. Furthermore, there is a small sink in the room without a shelf or something, so here too you can hardly put your stuff away. The towels were beautifully folded but were full of dead mosquitoes/flies. They don't speak English, thanks to our guide, everything worked out reasonably well. Breakfast is across the street in a beautifully situated restaurant. But here too, hardly any English is spoken, the guide was indispensable. Too bad because the place is beautiful."
