Our four-night stay at the Laguna was a delightful dive into luxury, with its lush tropical garden and the nice, ramified pool landscape. The beautiful sandy beach was a highlight of our stay. Located amidst other luxury hotels, the area offered a rich selection of beachside dining opportunities. However, the „early competition“ for sunbeds during peak times, especially at beachside, did occasionally affect our mood. Despite this, the Laguna did stand out as a luxurious tropical retreat for a memorable stay, which we enjoyed.

We had great time in Laguna. The villa is beautiful and very enjoyable with a private pool in the yard. The butlers and all the other staffs are very friendly, and always being willing to help, especially the manager Awi, who is very professional,caring and considerate. I will definitely recommend my friends stay in Laguna if they visit Bali.

This is our first stay at The Laguna Resort, the hotel staff always keep us feel welcome and smile all time, thank you for the the Laguna team look after us during our stay. We enjoyed our dining at few food and beverage outlets although some of them are under renovation l.

Lovely hotel with a few nice restaurants and pools. Overpriced but still very good. The biggest issue I had with this hotel was that the rooms sound proofing is not good and you can hear whats happening in the corridors pretty clearly. I was woken up early in the day a few times because of this. Not what I expect from a luxury five star hotel.

Incredible secluded location in the heart of Nusa Dua. Resort is well maintained with beautiful luxury villas. Service was impeccable and staff super friendly. Food and drinks are exceptional full of colours and flavours! Beach super clean and peaceful.

Traveling with my parents, we stayed for three nights. It was not boring at all. We stayed in the same hotel as everyone else. We had a lot of fun playing in the sea and feeding the animals. The service staff was very enthusiastic. Everyone took the initiative to say hello and felt at home. We also happened to see the local performance arranged by the hotel, Friends with Indonesian subtitles

I stayed for two nights and it was pretty good. It's very close to Nusa Dua Beach and you can walk there directly. Facilities: It's relatively new. The TV can cast the screen, which is very important👍 Environment: Maybe because it's off-season, there are not many people and it's very quiet, suitable for vacation. The hotel's beach is public, and Westin is next to it. Breakfast is OK, but there are not many varieties. It's mainly Western food, not much Indonesian food, maybe because there are many foreigners. Because I'm a Marriott Gold Card member, I upgraded the room type and can go directly to the swimming pool. The experience is good. I didn't choose to top up when I checked in, so I didn't spend money in the hotel. The drinks in the refrigerator need to be paid. A can of Coke is more than 20 RMB. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to Bali Collection, where you can buy snacks and drinks for lunch and dinner. Summary: A hotel suitable for vacation and leisure
