The hotel is set in a beautiful location near the ocean with several saltwater pools, and the overall setting is very relaxing. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. That said, the experience wasn’t without some downsides. The hotel is on the pricier side, and at times, we didn’t feel entirely at ease or warmly welcomed—particularly in the restaurants and on the beach. One notable issue was that many guests would reserve beach spots early in the morning by leaving towels, which made it difficult to find seating later in the day. It would be helpful if the hotel addressed this behavior with clear guidelines. Additionally, the half-board dining does not include water, which felt like a subtle but unnecessary way to increase costs. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a more inclusive approach to basic dining essentials.

Great hotel, service was top notch, we tried arwana and the pool bar and both were great, I really can't fault the hotel Perhaps only area of improvement would be to work on the variety of meat products in the breakfast buffet but that's about it

My first experience with The Luxury Collection in Bali was truly unforgettable! Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were absolutely fantastic—warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was beautiful, and I absolutely loved every detail. An amazing and truly fantastic stay! 🤩

Amazing service, great food at the restaurants, perfect location.

We spend 6 nights in the resort, it was exceptional very quiet place for relaxing. For the food it was perfect, the service as well and the staff in all the hotel was very kind and helpful. The gym was good. Swimming pools are clean . The only remarks are that for a luxury hotel like the laguna i believe it is worth to provide mineral water instead of filtered one in the glass bottle that was broken because people use to take to the pool and beach which is not safe which happens front of us. If you compare with neighboring hotels they are providing free water on public area to refill and not use the glass bottles. Also they are providing water sports activities that are not available at all in laguna . There is no events on the beach or hotel like barbecue party or music . Even during the day there were no music on swimming pool or on the beach. The bar who provide happy hours they call it classic hours we went to order he asked to drink it on the spot and he mentioned that it is not allowed to take it to the beach or somewhere else which is surprising and never seen. Overall, our stay was good.

The beach in front of the pool and rooms at this hotel is truly beautiful, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by clear racial discrimination. When I asked where the food was, staff would simply point with their chin instead of speaking, and the way they greeted Western guests was completely different from how they treated Asian guests. One staff member in the breakfast restaurant named "Yogani" was especially disrespectful. When I asked for an ice cream spoon, Yogani gave me a spoon from a tray covered in melted ice cream—a tray that had just been cleared, with used spoons still on it. Since my English isn’t strong, I showed confusion, and instead of apologizing properly, Yogani just pushed the dirty spoon toward me again. Only after I pointed to the tray did they begrudgingly say "Sorry," but the promised clean

We enjoyed our family stay at this beautiful resort. The location right on the beach is ideal, and we enjoyed walking to other hotels and restaurants. Our kids enjoyed playing in the large pools at the resort. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The rooms were clean, and the size was decent. The only slight negative is that staff service was somewhat erratic: sometimes good, but sometimes subpar.

Great experience, luxury experience; however price is very high compared to other 5 star hotel/resort nearby.

Our four-night stay at the Laguna was a delightful dive into luxury, with its lush tropical garden and the nice, ramified pool landscape. The beautiful sandy beach was a highlight of our stay. Located amidst other luxury hotels, the area offered a rich selection of beachside dining opportunities. However, the „early competition“ for sunbeds during peak times, especially at beachside, did occasionally affect our mood. Despite this, the Laguna did stand out as a luxurious tropical retreat for a memorable stay, which we enjoyed.

Overrated. Rooms and pools are old/ beach is not nice.

We had great time in Laguna. The villa is beautiful and very enjoyable with a private pool in the yard. The butlers and all the other staffs are very friendly, and always being willing to help, especially the manager Awi, who is very professional,caring and considerate. I will definitely recommend my friends stay in Laguna if they visit Bali.
