Overall great trip as a couple of retreats. At the same time, there is some point where I look forward to improvement. 1. Food Choice and quality was not great as I expected. The seasonal fruits inside the room were not fresh and fully filled up. And the menu for breakfast is quite limited. I think that it would be great to have more personalised menu or service in F&B 2. The Property and amenities are getting old, so some items were broken or worn out. 3. General communication via Whatsapp group was great and fast. I just wish I could get to know early,when I checked in, that the resort can offer me personalized service that far ... I just got to know that personalized service can be provided almost by end of the trip. Entire vibes at the property with kind staffs all along was great one!

We were blown away by the attentiveness and warm hospitality of the team at Tanah Gajah! Our package comes with complimentary daily breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktail, yoga class, laundry service, mini bar items, alcohol in room (whiskey, gin, vodka), Balinese massage, transport to/from Ubud Centre, rice paddy trekking…. A very peaceful resort. If you’re looking for tranquility, to relax and rejuvenate, Tanah Gajah is the place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at Tanah Gajah. The staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed wandering around the rice fields and watching animals such as squirrels, swans and birds thrive! We highly recommend this place to relax, take a break and escape from the bustling city life.

Excellent all around. Hotel is in great condition with extremely helpful and friendly staff.

It is 10-15 min drive away from Ubisoft center but there is free shuttle services from morning till 6 pm. Services is very good and the rooms have lived up to the reputation. Cushions around should be upgraded. Gym is too small. Overall an outstanding experience

Facilities: The room is beautiful, with Balinese characteristics, and the solid wood furniture is well maintained. Service: The staff are very friendly, and our Chinese housekeeper is very professional and responsive. When I checked out, I was given rice, which is a special gift. I would like to try making it according to the recipe. I also wrote a handwritten welcome card for check-in, but I wrote my name wrong, probably because I was too busy Environment: The greenery is very good, and I basically didn't see any mosquitoes; there were little squirrels and fireflies

It was beyond my expectation. I chose Tanajaga this time. The natural environment is neatly cut, the service is very good, and it is a characteristic hotel of Ubud rice fields. There are hot air balloons and I caught up with the ignition ceremony. The room is clean and sanitary. It is not particularly exquisite, but it has a very garden landscape. The supply of drinks is sufficient, there are many activities, and the afternoon tea cocktails are not particularly exquisite but very rich. The price-performance ratio is very high. Compared with Mandapalis, the price is very good. The hidden world is more exquisite, but the price is 4 times more expensive. Each has its own merits.

The hotel is a big garden. I stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable. The service staff responded promptly in the WeChat group. Elephant elements are everywhere. It took me half a day to walk around the hotel. There are not many choices for food, but they are all cooked to order. I am very satisfied.

The rooms and facilities are a little bit worse, but the public areas are beautiful, with rice field views. The afternoon tea and snacks provided by the hotel are delicious, and the photo service provided by the hotel is also very good.

The hotel has a 360-degree view, it is so beautiful, the food is delicious, there are not many people and the environment is superb, 100% recommended!
