We genuinely hope both of you are recovering well. Your safety and comfort are incredibly important to us, and we take these matters seriously. We will be re-evaluating the maintenance and safety of all bathroom fixtures and surfaces, and will enhance signage and precautions around areas like the entrance steps.We also regret that the room’s air conditioning did not function properly and that we could only provide a fan at the time. Your comments regarding the gym size, squash equipment, and unmonitored water dispensers have been well noted — we understand how these elements impacted your experience and will review them as part of our continuous improvement efforts.Regarding your early checkout, we’re sorry we were unable to accommodate the lunch swap.
