Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by friendly staff. Our room was located at the far end of the hotel, which required a bit of a walk. While this was slightly tiring, it came with a silver lining: the back entrance near our room opened directly onto a street lined with shops and restaurants. Additionally, staff members were always available and ready to assist with our luggage due to the distance from the main reception. The buffet food was a highlight of our stay—fresh and with a good variety of options. There were, however, a couple of minor inconveniences. The room did not come with a hair dryer by default; you had to request one separately. Also, the bathroom design could use improvement. Although there was a shower curtain, water from the shower would land on the edge of the tub and run onto the floor, leaving the bathroom floor under water. On a more positive note, the hotel’s exterior is beautiful—very well maintained and clearly cared for, which added to the charm of the overall experience. All in all, despite a few small issues, the hotel was pleasant and offered good value.

The hotel is very convenient, located in the city center. Right outside the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Inside, the hotel is also beautiful and has a natural, spacious vibe. But the disappointing part is that when there are fewer guests, breakfast is not buffet style but served as an à la carte set. And if it’s not enough and you want to add more, you’ll have to pay extra.

The location is very good, close to restaurants and bar all  within walking distance

The perfect local spot for getting around Ubud! Great pool, quiet and secluded. The rooms are lovely and have everything you need. Will definitely be back.

Very nice resort that straddles the creek in Ubud. We stayed in the most budget style of room. They did not provide hand towels and there was no where to hang towels in the bathroom. You need an electrical adapter since they do not offer universal plugs.

The bathroom was smelly. The breakfast had a small choice. The location is good, near shops and bars. The pool is nice.

loved location and private pool Didnt like all the steps to climb around facilities I wouldnt recommend food and no vegetarian however there are lots of places to eat right next door. all people in Bali gorgeous and helpful

Hotel Location is very nice but for the first room we get was not so clean and the smell is not good . But the next day we change the room quite clean but this hotel in my opinion need some renovation and to maintain the environment cleaniness

The staff was amazing. Just wish I knew the walk for the villas was hilly in advance. I did get a good workout due to the location but for someone with disabilities it could be challenging.

Located almost at central Ubud area, convenient for nightlife, getting local tours and perfect for tour pick up arrangements. The price is reasonable and the hotel is quite accommodating for some shortcomings from the guests, in our case, dirtying the balcony with durians robbed from us by a troupe of monkeys.

It was a good and clean hotel it the middle of monkey forest, I really like it

Family trip with my wife and my 2years old son. When we arrived it was already passed 10pm The hotel site is really large. We have to walk 5 min in the dark and slippery way with our luggage. The room and pool should be more clean. The staff were nice and the location is good but I don’t know if I stay next time.
