Would have loved to of spent more time here. One night was not enough.

Although it's on the main road, this place was hard to find. The staff were amicable and helpful on arrival, however, informed us no internet was available in the rooms as advertised and it was essential for me to continue my work while on this small breakaway from my usual day in Kuta Bali, also there was only local TV??? strange for a 4-star hotel. The staff were nice about it and upgrade me to a bigger and better room, which did have a better tv service ..internet was only available from foyer, just not good enough.

Very good hotel, clean and very pleasant and attentive staff. The only downside is that for getting around there are no scooter rentals or taxis to recommend. We were stuck at the hotel for 3 days.

We returned to this hotel for the second time, we really liked it!!! 🥰 They gave us a gift 🎁 they included very tasty breakfasts!!! We will definitely come back! The staff is just super!!! The rooms are excellent, and the pool is one of the best, the water is very nice!!! The territory is well-kept! The ocean is a 5-minute walk away, clean!

Excellent hotel, not a soul on the beach. A great place to be alone with your thoughts.

Cool place. Quiet, you can say there are no people or you just can't see them. Nice pool. The hotel is for those who like peace and quiet. There are no entertainments nearby, etc. They are not needed here))) the beach is wild, you go out and there is no one 🧘🏻♂️ overall it could be 5 stars, but the hotel itself does not pull them. The food is on the menu and the menu is very poor.

The place is clean, nice, very complete. There is a refrigerator, toaster, water heater, plates, glasses, etc... The price is very cheap but the quality is good and complete

It turned out to be far from the beach and some of the buildings were damaged

Dayu is the best server, she is so cute and friendly She always make my day wonderful when I stay at the medewi bay retreat Hopefully I can come back here But it's so far away from city, and hard to find stuff from this hotel, But overall is good to stay here

I enjoy this very calm, pretty, clean hotel by the Indian Ocean in a non-touristic area of Bali. Nice place, good food, birds’ song, and … an extremely efficient, smily and agreable service. A specific high score for Miss Dayu who took very good care of me during diner time. Thumb up.

Exceptional customer service from Dayu and staff, felt very welcomed here as a first time guest in Bali. I will definitely be recommending others from Canada to come visit this retreat and I will be coming back to also visit myself.
