Would have loved to of spent more time here. One night was not enough.

Although it's on the main road, this place was hard to find. The staff were amicable and helpful on arrival, however, informed us no internet was available in the rooms as advertised and it was essential for me to continue my work while on this small breakaway from my usual day in Kuta Bali, also there was only local TV??? strange for a 4-star hotel. The staff were nice about it and upgrade me to a bigger and better room, which did have a better tv service ..internet was only available from foyer, just not good enough.

We returned to this hotel for the second time, we really liked it!!! 🥰 They gave us a gift 🎁 they included very tasty breakfasts!!! We will definitely come back! The staff is just super!!! The rooms are excellent, and the pool is one of the best, the water is very nice!!! The territory is well-kept! The ocean is a 5-minute walk away, clean!

Excellent hotel, not a soul on the beach. A great place to be alone with your thoughts.

Cool place. Quiet, you can say there are no people or you just can't see them. Nice pool. The hotel is for those who like peace and quiet. There are no entertainments nearby, etc. They are not needed here))) the beach is wild, you go out and there is no one 🧘🏻♂️ overall it could be 5 stars, but the hotel itself does not pull them. The food is on the menu and the menu is very poor.

The place is clean, nice, very complete. There is a refrigerator, toaster, water heater, plates, glasses, etc... The price is very cheap but the quality is good and complete

It turned out to be far from the beach and some of the buildings were damaged

Cheap with various facilities

The retreat is far away from Airport, at least 3-4 hours of travel from Airport, also far away from most attractions in Bali , travel time to any location and back itself was 5-6 hours. Room cleanliness was really poor, specially bathrooms Staff was really friendly and food in the restaurant was very good. We moved to a different resort after 3 days to avoid 5-6 hours of travel to visit any place in Bali.

The staff is the absolute highlight of this resort. Once you realize that this is a 3-star hotel (you can Google what makes a 3-star vs a 4 or 5-star hotel), a few limitations make sense. For instance, the reception is not open 24/7. We were still able to check in late thanks to a security guard. It also seems that they are understaffed (the server also was the bartender during mealtimes) and the wifi was limited to the main lobby. Another example is that there was not a hair dryer in the bathroom, but we could borrow one for free from the reception. The A/C was only in the bedrooms, so we learnt to keep the doors closed at all times during the day so the room was cool enough to sleep in. The level of English wasn't the best, but we were still able to communicate. These are not insurmountable items and we still had a very enjoyable vacation. We learnt to keep times online before or after mealtimes. The staff was so positive and helpful (after a little back and forth to clarify any misunderstanding). We really enjoyed taking a cooking class at the resort! I am attaching quite a few pictures of that experience. I would recommend this place to people visiting West Bali.

good , although is quite a long distance to the center of Bali, but i also have amazing resort experience and convenient to buy daily life goods.

Beautiful spot, get a driver and they will get you where you want and help find your best vacation experience. Hotel will arrange a driver if asked. Private pools and great food. Staff very pleasant and easy to work with
