The nature here is truly amazing. This is my first time at a resort in the forest, and it has a different charm from the ocean. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are classic yet clean and modern. The delicious and healthy food makes this place shine even more. I will definitely come back next time I have the chance.

Hygiene: There is no problem if you don't go into details. After all, it is a wild luxury hotel. We got a room upgrade for our honeymoon and it was a real bargain!!! The hotel housekeeper service was great, and there were new flavors of drinks in the minibar every day. The environment was great and we saw a lot of monkeys. The restaurant was also delicious! This is my favorite hotel in Bali.

Como, the third hotel in Bali this time, is my favorite. A little more expensive than Six Senses, but the details are much more exquisite and the hygiene is very good. I stayed at COMO Shambhala Estate in Bali and absolutely loved the experience. I arrived in the evening, and even the drive to the hotel was beautiful — both sides of the road were filled with stunning Balinese scenery and cultural charm. It really gave me a sense of how special this place is. As soon as I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly with a flower garland and a refreshing welcome drink. I think it was made from cucumber and lemongrass — light, natural, and very relaxing. It immediately made me feel calm and connected to the peaceful surroundings. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. After that, I was taken to my room by golf cart. The room was stunning — spacious and stylish, with a separate living area and a private pool. The room was also filled with modern technology, including the bathroom, which was really impressive. I also loved the welcome fruit — all local, fresh, and delicious. On my last night, they even gave a special turndown gift, which was such a thoughtful touch and made my stay even more memorable. I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the resort’s wellness facilities this time because I had already booked tours outside, but I definitely plan to return and make time to relax more at the property itself.

Shout out to MUDRA, DIMAS and AYU(the skinny one at the restaurant) - they are the soul of Como Shambhala. The hotel itself is beautiful with 3 beautiful natural spring pool down the hill (need some hiking to get there). To be very honest, the specific Shambhala Suite we stayed needs some maintenance/renovation - there was bad smell coming out of the toilet constantly. But I’m still giving it 5-star solely because of the lovely people we met. Mudra really provided us with very personalized experience and helped us understand the locals’ life, the culture and history of the hotel. THANK YOU MUDRA! Ayu was so sweet and made me feel coming home for dinner (and breakfast) - she always remembered what food I’m sensitive to and was able to create special noodle soup that fitted my need! Dimas was our personal assistant and was very attentive to our needs. He always greeted us with his smile and open heart. Sinthia and Surna (sorry if I spell your name wrong) at front desk were also super sweet and helpful. Thank you all for making it a great experience for us:)

This was a lovely time from start until the end. The service was beyond brilliant. As a guest you could just let everything go because your butler and al the others had totally control over the next step without "to much" .... just perfect balance including a lit of joy and love. The food was healthy and fantastic and really top of the line. We just love the hold area with beautiful nature around. You can not ask for more then this... absolut one of the best hotel ... or maby the best you can find. The rooms are very big and beautiful but need little but of love and attention but not a big thing. Over al lovely. We went on a great biketrip, dont miss that one and also booked the lovely ceremoni and a wonderful massage...just perfect!!! As you can here.... you cant miss wonderful hotel and take the chance to meet this lovely staff..
