The nature here is truly amazing. This is my first time at a resort in the forest, and it has a different charm from the ocean. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are classic yet clean and modern. The delicious and healthy food makes this place shine even more. I will definitely come back next time I have the chance.

Hygiene: There is no problem if you don't go into details. After all, it is a wild luxury hotel. The details I mentioned are similar to finding golden hair in the washbasin, which means there is still a blind spot in hygiene. Environment: In the mountains, should it be considered on a hill? The hotel has its own hiking route (1hr) and spring pool. In short, the environment is very good. I just want to speed up my breathing rate here. Hahaha. It is about 30 minutes drive from downtown Ubud. Service: I have to give 1000 points. Every employee is very professional. The charm of this star-rated hotel service is that they will think one step ahead for you and arrange it for you. Just throw your head here, you will be taken care of. For example, when it rains, when you go back to the room from the restaurant, you will be arranged by default for a golf cart to pick you up. When you walk to the pick-up point, the car is already waiting for you, without a second of delay. Thanks to the housekeeper Zara, I always say that she flashes by our side like a magic elf when we need it most. Facilities: The hotel is divided into different areas, each of which has about 5 rooms and shared areas (swimming pool, living room lounge, etc.). There is also a spa, a heated swimming pool, and two restaurants that focus on organic concepts. The breakfast is delicious because nothing can beat fresh and healthy ingredients! The staff also always cares about whether you have slept well and eaten well, and implements the concept of health care, such as whether there is cheesecake with cheese. There are different courses to participate in every day, remember to sign up in advance. The only suggestion is that you can consider changing the shower head or adding a shower head. The shower head has a small water output and the water flow is not concentrated, which is a bit depressing to wash long hair. Anyway, I will come again💖

We got a room upgrade for our honeymoon and it was a real bargain!!! The hotel housekeeper service was great, and there were new flavors of drinks in the minibar every day. The environment was great and we saw a lot of monkeys. The restaurant was also delicious! This is my favorite hotel in Bali.

Although the breakfast was delicious, this place is not suitable for us at all. The toilet is outdoors and you have to urinate and defecate with the bugs. The location is far away from the urban area of ​​Ubud, and there are no facilities suitable for us in the museum. There is only nature, nature, nature...

Como, the third hotel in Bali this time, is my favorite. A little more expensive than Six Senses, but the details are much more exquisite and the hygiene is very good. Let’s talk about what you like about Como: 1. The room design, the bed frame is made of thick bamboo, the partition between the bedside and the bathroom is made of rocks, the wardrobe is made of beige curtains, and even the drawstrings are made of orange beads, and all the windows and doors are diffused. The woven structure wooden door that lets in the light has a special sense of life in nature. Sunlight penetrates into the room. The ice bucket is also made of wood and is equipped with a wooden spoon. The pillars of the floor lamp are also made of woven wood structure. All lampshades are a slightly translucent beige. The material is similar to air-dried leather, the foot pads at the door next to the bed are particularly beautiful, and the keys also come with colorful beads on a chain~ 2. The floor is very clean, you can go barefoot, and the hygiene is very good. Six Senses hygiene is very poor, but the floor is not clean, so you cannot go barefoot. 3. Como’s breakfast is delicious and served a la carte with rich varieties. (The food at Six Senses was very, very little, very poor, the worst among the luxury hotels I have ever stayed in, unbelievable) 4. The staff was very patient and friendly. They took us to the natural swimming pool and walked back and forth for about 50 minutes. There was no deposit required when we checked in. When we checked out, we were given the keys and it was over. There was no need to check the room. We were given a welcome bouquet when we arrived. Wear it around your neck, call me by name when leaving, and give me a keychain. (Six Senses, I had to wait at least 20 minutes to check out and check the room. It was a very formal attitude and not warm at all) 5. The hotel’s natural swimming pool is very healing. The scenery on the way down the mountain is beautiful and secluded. It’s perfect for hiking. The outdoor spa is also in the valley. I want to go again, have a spa in the valley and lie by the sky-blue swimming pool.

The environment is very beautiful, with a sense of integration between man and nature, lush trees, swimming pools in the woods, cicadas chirping, frogs croaking, streams gurgling, and blue skies. But the facilities are a bit too old, the bathtub and toilet feel old. We were woken up by a group of monkeys on the roof the next morning. The little monkeys were very cute and non-harmful.

Rooms are clean and amenities are amazing, everything we need COMO already prepare in the room, service are excellent, location so beautiful, we are enjoy at spring pools amazing, staff really good, break fast delicious, sure will come and stay again at COMO Shambhala Ubud in our next holiday

I stayed at COMO Shambhala Estate in Bali and absolutely loved the experience. I arrived in the evening, and even the drive to the hotel was beautiful — both sides of the road were filled with stunning Balinese scenery and cultural charm. It really gave me a sense of how special this place is. As soon as I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly with a flower garland and a refreshing welcome drink. I think it was made from cucumber and lemongrass — light, natural, and very relaxing. It immediately made me feel calm and connected to the peaceful surroundings. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. After that, I was taken to my room by golf cart. The room was stunning — spacious and stylish, with a separate living area and a private pool. The room was also filled with modern technology, including the bathroom, which was really impressive. I also loved the welcome fruit — all local, fresh, and delicious. On my last night, they even gave a special turndown gift, which was such a thoughtful touch and made my stay even more memorable. I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the resort’s wellness facilities this time because I had already booked tours outside, but I definitely plan to return and make time to relax more at the property itself.

Shout out to MUDRA, DIMAS and AYU(the skinny one at the restaurant) - they are the soul of Como Shambhala. The hotel itself is beautiful with 3 beautiful natural spring pool down the hill (need some hiking to get there). To be very honest, the specific Shambhala Suite we stayed needs some maintenance/renovation - there was bad smell coming out of the toilet constantly. But I’m still giving it 5-star solely because of the lovely people we met. Mudra really provided us with very personalized experience and helped us understand the locals’ life, the culture and history of the hotel. THANK YOU MUDRA! Ayu was so sweet and made me feel coming home for dinner (and breakfast) - she always remembered what food I’m sensitive to and was able to create special noodle soup that fitted my need! Dimas was our personal assistant and was very attentive to our needs. He always greeted us with his smile and open heart. Sinthia and Surna (sorry if I spell your name wrong) at front desk were also super sweet and helpful. Thank you all for making it a great experience for us:)
