Hotel Review: 2/5 I stayed at this hotel for six days. While the location is excellent and convenient for exploring the area, the service quality was disappointing. During breakfast, most staff members appeared unfriendly and rarely smiled, particularly two ladies who seemed to be supervisors. The security team also seemed to prioritize greeting foreign guests over locals, which felt unfair and unwelcoming. The food was another major drawback. There were no traditional Balinese desserts, and the only fruit options provided throughout my stay were papaya and watermelon. The bakery selection was extremely limited, which made the dining experience monotonous and unappealing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the poor service and uninspiring food. I definitely won’t return, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed 👎🏼

The room was ok clean but too damp. There are mosquitoes. Breakfast in the morning was simple, bread slices and eggs or something.

Family of 2 adults and 4 children and had the interconnected room. The staff were amazing and the location is great. A 10 minute walk to discovery shopping centre and waterbom park and 2 minutes for a cinema on the other side. Loved our time. Highly recommended and would go again. Bonus is it is joined to the bintang resort and you can share the pool and facilities here too. You can walk straight to the beach through the sister resort.

Booked connecting room for 6nights for my family. Room was Big and clean. Housekeeping did the good job by making our room everyday even though we forgot to ask for it. Best location that you can find many restaurants and souvenirs just near by. Staffs are friendly. Not much choices for breakfast but i guess we got what we paid for. Being a Bintang kuta guest you can also enjoy the pool in Bintang Bali resort.We would like to go back again.

Location is so good, walking distance to shops, beauty salons, restaurants, convenience stores, money exchangers, on the same street as Waterbom (would be less than a 10min walk). We are 2adults and 3kids, spacious rooms but only stayed overnight.. breakfast was great, had a DIY egg boiler and a chef to order your way egg stations. Checked out early to do an activity in between checking in to our next accommodation but staff kept our luggage safe while we were out.. Thanks for having us!

The location is convenient, 10min drive from airport, a lot of market, supermarket, store, restaurants just in walking distance. ATM and currency exchange is just outside the hotel. Also, the area seems really safe. The staff were friendly, breakfast had options for everyone. Had nothing to complain about. 

No frills Hotel, decent for one night stay as we wanted to be nearer to airport. Spacious and clean room, not very kids friendly but you can make do with moving some furniture around. Simple continental buffet breakfast

Not the first time to stay at this hotel. Great location. Tidy and clean. Will come back

Great location located in Kuta. Near to airport with 3-5 minutes drive costing around 22,000.00 rupiah. Easy accessed to Kuta Beach and streets marketplace. The hotel owned a private beach accessible by in-house guests only. Normal check-in process with no standard greetings, quite disappointing. Room was cleaned and served buffet breakfast with live egg station, loved the omelette. The hotel room disqualified in sound protection, able to hear next door talks and corridor’s walking. Wifi speed was good.

Very closed to airport, walking distance to beach. Basic breakfast, big room reasonable hotel price.

A hotel is very basic however we can use facilities in resort , breakfast is very basic too. Beautiful beach and walking distance to restaurants.

Hotel was in a good location, easy to walk around. close proximity to the beach as well.

My daughter was covered in bed bug bites we only booked a one night stay near the airport
