The sanitary conditions are okay, the room is relatively small, and there is no elevator.

Excellent location. There is no elevator, which is very inconvenient.

The hotel is located in the city center and is easily accessible by buses and trams. An inconvenient thing is that the hotel reception hours are from 13:00 to 19:00, so please pay attention! If you arrive late, the hotel will send you an email with the password. They will put the key in the small mailbox at the door and you can enter the password to get the key. If you arrive late, there will be no one to greet you.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and sunny, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The location is close to the town center (e.g., a 10-min walk to Beethoven Haus) and the Rhine promenade. Although noise was not a problem, the windows were soundproof. Breakfast was available for a minimal extra charge, but we did not try it. Dinner is also available in an adjacent restaurant. The only downside was the absence of an elevator, which could be a deal breaker for some guests. It was not a problem for us even though our room was on the third floor (we had 1 small suitcase each).
